On the contrary Indira created institutes like JNU which are notorious breeding ground for left wing future terrorists. e.g. The leader of Nepal's communists Prachanda is a dubious product of the same institution.
Many of her advisors like Nurul Hasan belonged to same class.

Having barking nutters is better than life-taking nutters! These barking nutters like Shiv Sena or the DMKs have a set pattern of working which is quite predictable. Maximum is they destroy 3 to 4 buses, burn down a few cars and carry on venting their anger! But the radical nutters in pakistan belt are not like that! They remain silent and suddenly one day, the bomb goes kaput right under your arsse! That you can be a hindu, muslim or anyone for that matter. It doesnt really matter to them! I am defending the DMKs and Shiv Senas but just pointing out who is a more dangerous nutter!

But dont you see Partition created the radicals ? No Partition = no nutcases. How would Pakistan and Bdesh exist if India was not divided ? If there was no partition a lot of ill feeling between the communities certain section would be less. There would be less ghettoisation too of Muslim communities ie Azamgarh in UP etc

Partition didn't create radicals. Radicals are born that way! Muslim League was created in 1907 or something and as a counter the RSS was created! The Muslim league could just not digest the idea of being with hindus and thats the reason behind the partition idea based on religion and the RSS responded the same way! And Nehru saw an opportunity here for leading India with hindu majority because the 2 power hungry mongers nehru and jinnah were neither religious nor orthodox but wanted to lead the nation. They were plain politicians who were used the sentiment of people to get their ends met (but the "sentiment" was genuine not propogated by the british or nehru or jinnah but these leagues)! So, partition didnt create these radicals but they were very much inherent in the system! Even if india was undivided, there is no way to counter these radicals! India having lesser radical muslims during that time itself could not help but succumb to the incorporating the muslim laws in the judiciary! How could the Indians have handled the more hardcore radicals in the league who would have demanded a bigger pound of muslim flesh? And remember even the reaction of Nizams during the partition where they were forced to flee to pakistan because of their attrocities towards hindus or other religous sects! Now, imagine this radical set in mammoth proportions without the partition!

The logic is similar to saying everytime we have people with demands which border on the exteme we should separate the land they live on,. So next time Raj Thackrey says mumbai for marathis only, Your saying - The ideal solution would be to make mumbai a separate land with raj thackrey in it ? Its a very absurd logic. We are one united family living in our motherland India, We need to be bigger stronger and more united. The musim league had unjust demands due to the mad jinnah but that doesnt mean his demand was correct and that it should have been padered to ? See whats happened to all lands after that. Yes there are issues with sikhs and christians too in India but by an large mostly peaceful existance as one India. The unedicated or poor muslims would have been the same in one united India , It doesnt matter if that united India was in say karachi or calcutta- Dhakka or delhi.. we all would have been better off.

I get your point but you are not getting mine! A life taking radical is a disease which doesnt have a cure! The diseases like congress or bjp or shiv senas have cures. Are you able to understand that? These set of people have a basic decorum to maintain in the public to atleast have the public support! The extreme radicals who dont have any issue but to just promote the religion are fearless, utterly dumb and can never be talked with or educated or trained or reasoned with!
are inclusive towards Afzal, Khalistani terrorists (before Indira was forced to send military), Naga terrorists, LTTE terrorists, fundamentalist Maulanas, AIMPLB, Naxalites/Maoists etc.
The following do not qualify : Subhash Bose, Bhagat Singh and millions others.

Ofcourse it is- Maximum riots in their tenure. The allowed our country to be broken into 3 parts. Most Indians dream of one thing as soon as they are born in India , that is to leave it for us or uk. Nehru crippled the nation with his socialist policies. Why did 1 million indian soldiers loose their lives in world war 1 and more than that in world war 2 if congress beleved in non violence ?

ofcourse not, we should have been one big strong united india. See USA - They had a massive civil war too.. But due to the leadership of lincold they saved their country from being partitioned , Unfortunatly none of our leaders had any spine. If that was created to end hindu-muslim issues , Have the issues gone or increased ? The partition was a gigantic mistake in the history of India

Can you imagine the breeding reactors of Pakistan and Bangladesh merging with us now? We would have overtaken China by leaps and bounds in population! We would have housed all those radicals from the Indiam Muslim League! Indian Muslim population would have been close to 40% out of which 20% are radicals! Can you imagine that dangerous scenario!
