in her gov.UP is developing fast lucknow and kanpur have more jobs now and more engineering colleges. if she stays as CM for next 7-8yrs UP will be -most developed state - economic powerhouse of asia - IT major HUB - tallest building in world ( they are plannig in noida ) - hub for R & D ( intellgent brain of UPites ) - bollywood's next destination ( major talent in bollywood is from hindi states)

Well, i should call it day dreaming or optimistic. Finally, i thought it can not fall in optimistic area and should be called a special kind of day dreaming.
In India many politicians and film actors were falicitated by golden crown, soards then this act is similar to that.
In India around 400 govt schems are in the name of Gandhi family memebrs. Maya used govt money to errect dalit idols. It is also similar to that. Yes, it would have been much better had she used that money to construct hospitals or schools. But not a big deal as everybody has their own style of wroking.
Many dalits are poor but not necessarily mean all dalits are poor. Also she is a political leader and people from any caste or relegion can be a fan of her. So people falicitated her may be rich dalits or rich forward castes.

There is a catch, she has still not allocated any money for the families of those killed in stampede saying that the govt does not have any money.
These two states are becoming a menance to all. Alas nothing can be done. Mayawati building huge monuments and her statues costing crores. All tax payer's money is gone.Punjad produces one third of wheat grown in India although a very small state compared to U.P and Bihar, Maharashtra delivers more than 50% of tax collected across India and two third railway revenue. U.P and bihar produces criminals.

in myawati regime..up is deveoplng more.. ppl from delhi is migrating to Noida wchih is part of UP. so noida is better to live and earn than delhi or gurgaon this is called development media is giving wrong news. growth rate of Up is more than gujurat and maharasthra

its not like that my dear friend, the number of industries are more in gujrat, punjab, maharashta in comparison to UP and bihar. the tax collection from Maharashtra in fiscal year 2007-2008 was near about 60%.
