Hv u ever tried to assess the general public opinion about Bihar? a very nonsense and the most notorious territory and that is why a very bad report has not at all enabled them develop for the outside visitors including foreigners as also material progress in themselves till now. You have not followed the debates in the Parliament and the exposes which BJP has done on the Government.
This is all an opposition party can do.
Incidentally, prices in BJP ruled states are lower then other parts of the country, this in itself speaks for the superb performance of their governments.
