It is next to impossible to believe the working of GOI. Since long long ago; the people of GOI heven't concerned about the well being of common man.Almost in every case where there any involvement of any foreign body (Extremist or any Govt.level involvement). The attitude of GOI has quite casual. So whether it is the case of Union Carbide or DOu or Kandhar or Kanishka or Parliament attack or Mumbai Attack or Purulia case, the spineless people of GOI has just bowdown against the foreign people.

Please never ever expect any strong initiative from these BBC (the BLACK BRITISH COMMUNITY)

Liability

DOW is not responsible for the accident, but liable to Bhopal Gas victims. DOW can not run away from their responsibility to compensate the victims.

This is similar to Tech Mahindra which acquired the stained Satyam. Tech Mahindra will have to own and clear the mess and the scandal. Raju is in Anderson's role here.

If I too remember correctly, one of the indian employees of the company did the mischief of keeping the valves open without realising the gravity of the tragedy, just to show his anger to a fellow/senior officer of the company. He was caught also. Why blame others who are not directly responsible??

No Safety drill or precautions are taken. Who's responsible ??? company as a whole and top management.

No double check or any proper saftey record maintained by the company.

by BINDAS BOL on Jun 15, 2010 05:25 PM  | Hide replies

One thing is very much clear and victim of Bhopal gas should understand that no justice will be given to them under leadership of congress party because these people only had been saved the murders of gas leaker.

If this would had been in tenure of BJP goverment then, just imagine how these electronic media would have blown up the matter out of propotianet and 24 years breaking news against BJP and their leaders... why not media is showing anything against congress ???????/ if you see, everywhere congress is responsible,

INFLATION
TERRORISM
NEXALISM,
RACISM
NEGLIGENCE,
ETC....

STILL MEDIA WITH CONGRESS PARTY, WHY ?????????
