What will be effect of Judgement
by anuradhakumari on Jun 07, 2010 09:32 AM

In India, judgement of everything from criminal case to civil cases as well as such tragedy comes after the sufferers/ affected spend a goog period of their life suffering and in penury. Are we so impossible society or habitual corrupt or inefficient SOCIETY????????
What has gone WRONG with country? Only some people (who twist/ capable to twist the arm of Govt.) comes in Fobes List etc. etc. Poor getting poorer day by day with no one paying attention on them. They are treated with contempt. There is cheating in all the aspect of life... cheating by politicans, officals, builders, hoarders, businessmen etc. "Right to live with Dignity" should be made a fundamental right.

It happens only in India
by Meraj Ahmed on Jun 07, 2010 09:17 AM

It happens only in India. 26 years to decide who's the culprit of this disaster???

I assume it is the involvement of some of the super-rich American people that was one of the main causes of the delay... Whatever it is, as we all know, justice delayed is justice denied...

Feel sorry for all the aggrieved and kudos to their patience...

Justice is denied by our govt, our judicial process - now even if you want to hang him you cant, we haven't done with even worse terrorist. Warren Anderson would be over 90 years old, its all right that the top is responsible for the company, but the people who actually were employed for safety measures who neglected their jobs that they were paid to do are not even spoken about. The plant manager, people in charge have all since received their PF, pension while the govt is trying to indulge in tokenism by thinking action against Warren Anderson.
