by Pranab M on Jun 07, 2010 10:29 AM  | Hide replies

50% of the judge's and judge's clerk's salary should be withhold until they are able to give judgement, the judge and judge's clearks keep on taking bribe and postpone judgement forever.

Wheel of justice in india
by Indian on Jun 07, 2010 10:28 AM  | Hide replies

This is horrible to see the speed at which the trial of such a terrible tragedy has happened. How one can expect the justice in the cases pertaining to individuals. Delay in justice is one of reasons for this pathetic inefficiency of the bureaucracy in our country which deserve much more than what it has got till now only due to this bureaucracy. By the way i don't think this is going to make any difference to the victims of this tragedy who have suffered a lot during all this time.

What is to be ashamed about it , the judge and his clerk , the lawyers makes lot of money per hearing , so why would they want to forgo their bribes , fees ?

State of MP has been under BJP rule for quite some time in the last 25 years. First ask question to Sanghis what have they done to the suffering people of Bhopal!

Delivering justice to thousands of innocent people who have fallen victim after a long 25 25 years is a mockery of indian democracy.Warren Anderson is more cruel than Ajmal Kasab n he will never be hung due to loopholes in system. Its a shame of the limit to which we endure ourselves.

Judgement for whom??
by atul on Jun 07, 2010 10:01 AM  | Hide replies

Most of the person who suffered the tragedy are mostly dead or its too much of a time taken for them to find any peace with this judgement. In india expecting justice is also a crime. We not only have a useless govt, useless bureucrats but also useless judiciary. And i dont think that any one can disagree to it.

with due respect and honour to judicary I may state that our expectation from judiciary is much more than what it is giving

With due respect and honor to our judiciary I may be permitted to state that our expectation from judiciary are more than what it is delivering to us.Since our expectation is only from judiciary only and not from our politician and burocrates certainly it will be more.
Please do not take time of twenty five years for any future judgement as important as Bhopal tradedy or our fath in judiciary will also be lost and will remain in god only.
