it is could be an area denial weapon other than the carpet bombing... it would have been good if an alternate is suggested to the big countries who retain this deadly weapon, which could be only against combatants, and leaving the civilians without effect else it would be just an eyewash to sign a treaty. even the anti mine treaty is yet to be enforced and not even signed by all the big countries. mere banning some weapon will not have any effect on peace....
Inventors of clusterbombs should be punished. Makers force others to make it too in self-defence. This vicious cycle must stop. Signing some treaty is not enough if it cannot be enforced. Merely basing it on goodwill is not enough in these crooked times. There must be monitoring, impartial and sure punishment.
politicians, mullahs and media, these all the contribute to hatred and groupism for their political gains and satisfaction. Killing thousands of innocents. I believe one who follows these mullahs, pliticians and media are most stupid poeple on earth. If we distance from these poeple and ignore them, then things will get peacefull and there will be peace every where. The wrong part about such statements is not in the statements but in the unstated generalizations.
Generalizing along communal, religious, or racial lines is not correct reasoning, because history has shown that people of practically all races, religions, and communities did practically all the bad things that we know of, during some war or the other.
The fact that today it is the Muslims who are leaders of terrorism does not imply that it is something about exclusively the Muslims. Look at what a Non Muslim, Ultra Modern. Ultra Technologically Advanced, Ultra Educated, Ultra Properous, Ultra Developed Country of Max Mueller, Goethe, and others, did to the Jews and Gypsies recently, from 1933 to 1945.
Lack of humane inhibitions during war is not the exclusive preserve of the Muslims, we all have done that at some time or other.
Let us look for the causes in the common genetic makeup and not waste time and opportunity in making small convenient but invalid generalizations.
Before people can get more civilised they need to study and learn the cause of uncivilized acts, which till date we do not know completely.
