BJP is not ready yet. Leftist lost their shine after they supported congress in last term.
But this time they will most likely bungle elections in favor of BJP unless there is rising. Last time bungle was done for congress.
china builds it own weapons, it show cases less of its strategic weapons. Thus the defense budget is control and they get more out of money spent.
Once India get sold to TECHNO-strategy of suppliers or those of competitors/enemies. India get sold into the trap and also into the kickback network. This is not just for defense.

our defence budget is though not very large as compared to china or other european nations but still sufficient. We do not buy intelligently with strategic objectives. No field guns added since bofors..is one tiny example.
Cinese are playing the old trick.Deveiating Indias attention from China to Pakistan.We indians have been victim of this Chinese old age game plans.Now its the time to matchup with china.Our army which gaurds the chinese boreder should be equipped with smart weapons. I Mean the smart weapons that can overshadow the quantity.Weapons that can eliminate 6 0r 7 targets in go.

what quantity??? India and China are evenly matched in the number of jawans..though considerable indian troops are tied down in kashmir and all along indo pak border. Still troops manning chinese front is still large enough also infantry and assult small arms are ok...only concern is missiles and missile defence shield.
Iran has invested in the R&D of nuclear fusion reactors on its way to become the first nation in this world to deliver the highly complex nuclear fusion technology. Iran is in competition with many other developed nations to achieve this goal. Whereas in India and Pakistan, it seems to be the same old Biogas, Hydro-electric and Thermal reactors. At the best, there is an odd nuclear "Fission" reactor for the energy needs! And these two 3rd world countries are talking about "BUYING" more nuclear "fissile" reactors from US and China which will be functional only in 2030s and 2040s by when the developed nations will be merrily riding on more technologically advanced nuclear "FUSION" wave!! And it is back to square one of India lagging behind the rest of the world by 30-40 years even in 2040!! The Indian thinktanks are fit to simply read the western scientific journals and conduct one seminar after another in various universities!!

the whole futuristic fusion energy research is carried out by giving a % of ITER design work to the participating countries. By this we not only get funds to set-up a world class research center which is coming up in gandhinagar, but also develop our own fusion reactors from the know-how gained by participating and collaborating with other ITER countries, which again is the case of IPR gandhinagar... this is no forum to elaborate more details..for that u have to do ur own research

India is a democracy, its open society and we do not intend to dominate anyone in the world. Lets concentrate on population control and building our infra structue. Everything else will follow.
