There has been a case for and against reservations and both have their own strenghts and weaknesses. It cannot be denied that reservations for the SC/ST have certainly resulted in the upliftment of those sections who were confined to the margins of society. But where the law makers made a mistake was extending this benefit to the OBCs which made it literally a free-for-all and a playground for politicians to exploit this issue to the hilt by igniting peoples sentiment on this issue. Now the problem is how do you define a OBC. A Jat is being classified as backward in Rajasthan whereas he is ranked forward in other States. This is what which is making this reservations a total mockery.
I dont understand whether the issue is about a separate quota for Muslims or including them in the existing upper bar of reservation. If it is latter then its not an issue, but if the proposal is for a separate quota then it should be condemned. Otherwise, in the coming days every tom, dick and harry will start asking for separate quota.

Hyderabad is the breeding ground for the terrorists.There is a saying that if u give the whole of Jammu & Kashmir to the Muslims, they will no doubt turn J&K into another taliban and start asking for Punjab, Haryana & others and create problems.
Let one Indian Muslim call Pakistan a Terrorist State and other things will follow easily.We cannot eat the produce of India and sing song for the neighbouring country.
People on this forum seem to forget one thing - Muslims are also citizens of India. the reservation not for all Muslims only those who are weak and very poor. In a Hindu majority nation the Hindus are given reservation to low cast.Since the reservation system is existing for hindus in india then why not the backward communities of minorities given the same rights? we know very well the minorities are too low in representing in professional colleges and govt jobs some times less than 2%. That is why reservation should be given to up lift their community.

Further clarify-33% for traitors who eat here and help terrorists in the name of brotherhood. 33% for those who know of it but keep quiet about it. and 33% for those who know it, don't approve but know that they would be lynched by their own brotherhood if they squeal.

Who says followers of peaceful religion are weak and poor? They have their peaceful religion and All** with them. When All** can give them so many children, why can't he give them education and prosperity?

I agreee with you. Muslims need atleast 33% reservation to take care of 5000 years of deprivation by upper caste , this will fix the quota issue forever , SC/ST/OBC have already got 69% , govt of india can help all general category people to migrate to countries like australia , and ensure that every time there is an attack on general caste indians in abroad , shout at australia.

The minorities especially belonging to the Backward class category are already eligible for reservations in the OBC category. It is only religious specific reservations which is being opposed and that I find quite genuine as our Constitution is very clear on that aspect. Unfortunately our Courts are quite confused on this issue and give different judgements contradicting one another. That makes this issue even more complicated than what it is already.
Muslims need atleast 33% reservation to take care of 5000 years of deprivation by upper caste , this will fix the quota issue forever , SC/ST/OBC have already got 69% , govt of india can help all general category people to migrate to countries like australia , and ensure that every time there is an attack on general caste indians in abroad , shout at australia.

A person lives only 100 years and 5000 years of deprivation does not need 5000 years of reservation to set right.

In the minority not only backward class all are applying for Quota, and the religion specific is opposed, then what is the meaning of secularisams?secularisams means only to minority ,then hindus are communal.Govt itself using divide and rule policy for votes.

It is not so. Only the identified backward class in the minority sections are qualified for it. The problem here is reservations is being provided for social discrimination which is rampant in hinduism. The minorities by demanding it in specific terms aren't they implying perse that social discrimination exist in their fold too. That is the root of it.
Now we can undersatnd how Moghulas and British Invaded India. Who has invited them that time and who is appeasing them again now. It is only Hindus. That time Hindu kings and now Hindu politicians (of Cong.) who were voted by Hindu majority. Why blame others?
Is this a symptom for another foreign rule for India soon. (Thanks to Hindu self-centered rulers and majority who voted them).
It could be China this time around 2012. Its economy is growing, defense force and scientific patents increased. It has already dominated all countries surrounding India.
Even Kalki Purana mentions about fight between Avatar and Rulers of Chinese names. For that China has to first dominate. Then Establish anti-religion states. It looks this is the time for that.
Please change the history , erase all the attrocities commited by them and replace by the fact that they have been deprived of basic amenities for 5000 years and give them 33% reservation, that is it , OBC/SC/ST has already got 69% reservation , which will make reservation cross 100% , let the govt provide migration help to all general caste people to countries like australia ,etc and ensure that every time there is a attack on general caste indians abroad , cry racism.
