By giving telangana state and making hyderabad as common capital. That way it will win over the people of telangana and will not make other regions unhappy because all they care is about hyderabad. It can then fight Jagan and TDP in andhra region because they will be no more in telangana region after state is formed. If it keeps the same situation, it will be routed in both regions.
