Please do not meddle with other countries
by AswathaKumar K on Aug 12, 2010 11:02 AM

USA policies are primarily intending to meddle with the geo-socio-political situation of the country and create problems for the country and take advantage supplying their Arms and ammunition to covert people/agencies of the host country.
USA to evolve some basic fair play guidelines with all the countries and have sustainable technologies for the world and not ARMS or alms.

India beware
by Govind Lal on Aug 12, 2010 09:30 AM  | Hide replies

The colopowers develop various models of governance in the world affairs which will appease the INNOCENT developing nations. If we go deep and read between lines the hidden agenda can be realized. The leaders of every nation (developing) are to be very cautious to move forward with the various models. The powers may use HORSE TRADING of magnitude depending upon the benefit expected. The Indian National Congress should take note of every movement keeping the interest of India at the forefront. How many leaders are there to watch these subject with an India oriented angle? Top leaders dictate and the lower ones just follow suit. India is in peril. We are being taken to a DEBT TRAP OF UNIMAGINABLE magnitude. India beware!!

One of the best way to bring one nation to be ‘obedient’/surrender to another is to make them weak in finance, food production, Human resource developments. Look at the present scenario in India. We are being driven to a debt trap of unimaginable magnitude. Look at the way unregulated FDI is flowing to India. As per our rule we cannot have any regulation on the capital brought in as FDI. The investor can repatriate it at any time. Once the FDI reaches a peak level the ‘self interest’ engaged in FDI will repatriate it in an opportune time-in short notice. This is when they get maximum value. This repatriation will break the backbone of our financial system. We will be asked to devalue currency to a level which will be demeaning India.
Another way is to create a war-euphoria and encourage India to acquire sophisticated weapons at exorbitant rate. This will be arranged to all neighboring countries which will be a cyclic additions draining our precious reserves.
Another way is to encourage India use these sophisticated weapons, which are really intended for defense purpose, against internal miscreants. This will drain our treasury. The turmoil created will reduce the national production affecting availability of goods and services.

Another way is to persuade India to go ahead with nuclear projects worth hundred BILLION dollar in accordance with the disastrous 123 agreement. 123 agreement was a surrendering of India’s sovereignty.
Mr.Antony’s visit will embark on a shopping spree draining our wealth at the same time tarnishing his good image.

Why should we stockpile the weapons and carriers to fight the neighbours? Differences between neighbours must be solved by negotiations and not by wars. The distrust here is created by ‘war hawks’ to find market for weapons. This approach ruined the African and South American continents during 60s and 70s. India should be careful!!

It is time for the neighbours here to realize the dangers behind these type of ‘coaxing’. Why should we fight here to improve business for another nation? The proposed three agreements in defense matters to be signed with US is a dangerous move which will keep this continent violent for decades if not for centuries. Mr.Antony should desist from this move to retain the good name of Congress. We should not surrender our freedom to defend ourselves with our own establishments.
By diverting our resources for less important fields our food production will lag behind. The financial crunch will affect the HR developments.

Dear Mr.Lal,

I appreciate your views but at the same time we can not just blame others for our failure. They are doing what is best for them. How about us. Why India can not negotiate as you said the defence deal in return for garunteed business for it's service sector industry. How ever, to make nation as strong as China or US what we need is tremendous will from our politicians and public. It is a psyche which matters. Manmohan Singh had started the proces sof economic liberation but is was during Vajpayee's tims that India started asserting itself. He was succesful in giving that sense of pride. But in last few years we are agian getting in to more corruption related issues. Today we are in same old situation where we are afraid of reacting to world situation. Be it Afganistan, Pakistan or recent decision of Obama to cut down on outsourcing. So it boils down one thing how we treat ourselves

Mr.Krishna jadava
You assumed that economic liberalization is the solution for our problems. I differ with you on this account. Free market economics is a route to recolonizing India and third world. We had a strong base for our planning formulated by our previous generations Nehru and Indira. India had the respect it deserved. What is the condition now? As time pass on India will have to move around with a begging bowl. FDI is flowing without any hindrance. Capital is draining out. Read the article on Nuclear Liability Bill as described by Mr.Gopal Krishna. Can any PATRIOTIC Indian withstand the move by Congress? We are going ahead with n-projects which US stopped long back. Canada stopped it long back. Last project inCanada was completed in 1993 with a cost over run of 300 percent and a delay of five years. Read my postings to give an over all idea.

To Put it Differently

India is that pesky bespectacled girl shamelessly falling all over a reluctant but polite US for attention.

China on the other hand is that haughty and arrogant girl who plays hard to get for a fawning and foaming at the mouth US !

To put it even more crudely China is the female animal in heat and the US has it's nose in China's hind!

Good Morning everyone !

Pradip

Yes. And we have a long history. And what have we learnt from it? Nothing.

Like the saying goes - 'The Bourbons learnt nothing, so they forgot nothing.' We are the modern day Bourbons.
