Every One knows

Most of the tax payers money is spent on Kasmir by India.

Second: Lets have the referendom done in all the three parts of the Kashmir i.e Jammu, Kashmir and Laddakh.

Remove all restrictions imposed on Indians to not to settle or by land, post referendom

Thereafter, if anyone has any problem. Kill them and finish it off..

No need to continue to cry over Kashmir for ever

CONNECT WITH THE POOR REFUGEE KASHMIRIS FIRST
by rajan menon on Aug 12, 2010 06:21 PM

It is about time the government start listening to the voice of the Kashmiris Hindus who have become refugees and find out what they want.Win over their hearts and minds first.
The country should stop ignoring the plight of the people who have become refugees due to terrorism and communal agenda of the separatists. The should be resettled first in Kashmir before peace comes.

There is pent-up feeling all over india particularly tribal state

and India per its ploticians'ability is emrtged into these problems. Kashmir problem or any other ststes proble is governance problem, and none of the problem is political. Division into smaller states is per governance.

Political problem was solved in 1947, all remaining problems are governance, and muslim brothers should wholhearted emerge themselves with us altogether, if possible come back to its roots embracing all of us.

If you judge agianst this background, burkah, sheela or arundhati's roy , and others dramatization will disappear from our minds. Obviously accept that muslim leaders of all ranks failed miserably to integrate with hindus, sikhs, buddists, sufis of kashmir and not otherwise. Accepting mistakes will btring us all back to table to solve problems one by one not only in kashmir but all problems plaguing us. Stop this dialogue drama, and start governing. Come to think of our tribal people have been marginalized , and in that regard kasmiri muslims have been far better off politically and economically already.
Let us put this kashmir issue to rest, prioritize the issues.

I just heard Farooq exactly acknowledging communal issues created by paki goons inside kashmir. Well better late than never my muslim brothers. You are missing opportunities again and again tointegrate yourself- goverment can not do much, it is individuals, our people who start voting good people and get out of these sickular shenangins, a hollow make-over that is going on with our political system.

Is there any solution?.....

If the exchange of population would have taken place in 1947, Kashmir problem could not have emerged. Just like Bengal and Punjab in 1947, Kashmir would have been partitioned long time ago and Indians would have stayed in peace with Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists.
The current “rounds” and future “rounds” of talks will be a waste of time. The solution will not come-out till Muslims in India and Pakistan believe in the “Two-nation” theory and India goes on with its “Secular” policy

I totally agree with the Point , that what is happening in the Kashmir will be shorted out with the practical implementation of law of India. Kashmir is part of India and People from all cast , community, race and states should be allowed to settel in Kashmir. Bloacking is making Kashmir a worst place and the same can happen in Mumbai in furure if people will try to divide Mumbai from India.

Be Indian and let India be for all Indians.

Jai Hind.

Is there any solution?....

The problem between India and Pakistan remains because what was natural after a partition of a country, the exchange of population, never took place. Pakistan and Bangladesh has driven out most of their non-Muslim population, but Muslims are still in India, even after their homeland was created. In fact India now has the second most largest population of Muslims. This has happened because India has not driven-out the Muslims. In other cases of partition elsewhere in the world, there were always exchange of populations. The cases of Greece-Turkey, Germany-Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria-Turkey, Poland-Germany, Bosnia-Serbia, Croatia-Serbia, are the recent examples where full-scale exchanges of population were organized along with the partition. In fact, it is unnecessary to partition a country if the populations are not to be exchanged.
The problem of Kashmir remains because none of the countries is arguing logically. If Pakistan insists that it has the right to absorb the rest of the Kashmir because of religion and if India insists on its secularism, there is no common ground where these two sides will ever meet. Thus, any discussions just like those before will be futile.
