I would like to see Kashmir and Indian Muslims be part of Pakistan. Women who are throwing stones today will be stoned to death tomorrow. Regarding the author's claim, how many Islamist celebrities have visited Kashmir? Only exception was Dr.Kalam.
Kashmir imbroglio definitely warrants immediate solution. The Government of India needs talk to all the sections of the Jammu & Kashmir civil society that includes the Muslims, Kashmiri Pandits, Sikhs, Christians, Jammu Dogmas, Ladakhi Buddhists, Baltis of KargilGujjar and Bakarwals, Refugees from POK and West Pakistan settled in JK. The Government of India should not talk to the Political parties for they in reality have created the present mess. Better GOI also talk to the intellectuals of all the communities. JK belongs to all. Kashmiri Muslims are simply 64 percent of the population.

there is no place on earth where muslims live in peace.even in Saudi, the rulers have to keep extreeme vigil for their survival.IRAK fight with shia&sunni, lebonon christian donot like muslims, they create troube in china, russia, USa,GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY,ISRAEL,INDIA, BANGALDESH, PAKISTAN,MALASIA, INDONASIA,there is no place on earth, that they allow peace and joy.Expecting a solution in kashmir is a pipe dream.
Instaed of talking with Political parties of Kashmir like PDP/NF/Cong why not question ask by these robish people how they have dismiss hindus from Valley. Why the huge amount paying these people like Mufti & abdulla family they spent all fund on thier own and not development of Kashmir & kashmiri people
Kashmir, just as the 160 million Indian Muslims, is an INTEGRAL part of India. There is NOTHING to negotiate about this. Kashmir has belonged to Hindus for 1000s of years. Important branches of Hinduism have originated from Kashmir, some holiest of the holy Hindu Pilgrimage places are in Kashmir, as the most important Hindu scripts have originated from Kashmir.

We have not invited anybody to live here. Those who are unhappy in Kashmir are free to go elsewhere.

kashmiris have not invited forces..kashmir has been a disputed territory..since 1947..dont talk rubbish..
what we have tried and failed is appeasing the seperatist which has only given them the resolve to dig their heel deeper against the nation. they get support from pak and thats a fact we have to face and counter. any one who wants peace in j&k needs to follow the law of the land i.e. india. and i say start sending in the kashmiri pandits first to reclaim their land and houses, followed by scrapping the law of not allowing non kashmiris to bay land and business in the state. i have to give the abdualla credit for enforcing this law which he and like him had thought of over 60 years ago, and even today bites us in our sleep. but to remain a nation we cannot have seperate laws. call all the seperatist leaders and speak to them in clear terms that their anti india stance will not be tolerated for ever, we too will respond by hounding starting with the leadership
