What is needed is to revoke article 370. It will happen sooner or later. Resident Pundits dwelling for centuries were uprooted and totally displaced. Why is no one talking about them? We are a Hindu majority country and we have all the right to go and reside in Kashmir and make it vibrant enough to accommodate everyone. These stone pelters have been brainwashed by Pakistan and their future is definitely bleak without schooling and education. If you keep brain washing anti India into their brains they are just good enough to remain on toll money for life. The proof is there for all to see as in PAKISTAN. The country has been a beggar since independence, it boasts of being nuclear, huge military power etc etc. 8000 crores was the outlay for defense in recent times. Just half that amount is good enough to now help the devastated country from the surplus water that they were fighting with India for. How can the world community help a country which boasts higher GDP then India, superior than India in every way and then has the begging bowl ready. Their Mr. 10% was all over the newspaper and media on this count. The best he collected was a pair of shoes. Isn't this lesson enough for the stone pelters??

I am getting very abusive language on my post from some people when I express my opinion on how to solve the problem. As already said, IF THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY. However, for that Indian Policitains should get united and as stated, seperate Kashmir Core Committee appointed by the PARLIAMENT to look after the problem and solve it within a TIME FRAME. As said before, since our Nehru Govt. internationalised the whole issue, if we want A UNITED KASHMIR to be added to India, then WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE UP THE GUIDANCE OF UN and UNDER THE UN GUIDANCE WITH THE HELP OF THE CORE COMITTEE WE ARE APPOINTING WITH KASHMIRI ORGANIZATIONS AND PAKISTAN COUNTER PART and solve it. NO WAR OR CONTINUED VIOLENCE WILL GIVE ANY ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM.

I am Indian and that is why I am suggesting the solution which can be the only way to find a long standing solution on this issue.
in the absence of above hand over all troubled areas of j&k to indian military & order them to shoot to kill all anti india persons. DO GOI & J&K GOVT WILL & GUTS TO DO ABOVE?

Please do not compare apples with oranges!! Kashmir problem involves break up India!
First and foremost are the muslim community in Kashmir united and feel the same as all the other 28/29 state indians. NO. There is a big divide amongst large groups of muslims in the first place of whether Kashmir should be independant of India and Pakistan or belong to Pakistan and very few believe and even it to be part of India.
Whilst its a god damn lame excuse to say that India and Indians have not given freedom to Kashmiris right from the independance since that was not the case. Since independance a group of muslims have made it their life time agenda to add this piece of Land along with Pakistan which is NEVER to happen and I really wonder why on earth are they making these futile attempts.
If the PM is doing what is doing currently the way he is doing it is all with a purpose. HIS message to the muslim community in KASHMIR fight amongst yourselves to death but we will not let Kashmir part from our NATION for it is our PAGDI / TURBAN and you will never me able to get our heads or the turban for that matter.
Dear Kashmiri muslim friends please behave like normal Indians and you would see a seachange coming your way it is as simple as that.

To giv independence to kasmir is to divide India. For this, 2/3rd majority of parliament should pass constitutional amendment.

Majority of the Peoples living in Jammu region of J&k are Hindus and they are "Dogras"
Majority of the peoples living in Kashmir region of J&K are Muslims and they are Kashmiris
All the peoples living in J&K are not Kashmiris
Peoples Of Jammu Region of J&K - want removal of Article 370
Mr . PM, donot focus on Only Kashmir
Peoples of Jammu region are also there.
Peoples of Jammu region donot want Autonomy at all .
Peoples of Jammu region of J&K want Removal of Article 370
If Autonomy is given to the J&K, then you will see the migration of all the Hindus living in Jammu region of J&K
