by Karan Hi on Aug 06, 2010 06:19 AM

Snakes only listen to stick therapy, there was lull in violence in kashmir because they were tired of it,,, now again they are getting things on platter...
Just dont spend money to rebuild what they have destroyed.

Congress is destroying the Kashmir: Renu Mittal's commission?
by anirban bandyopadhyay on Aug 06, 2010 06:16 AM  | Hide replies

Renu Mittal should say how much money she got from Congress party office to write this article.

Is her commission coming from Rediff's monthly commission from Congress or she is earning by herself?

Congress created entire problem in kashmir.

1. Nehru gave separate prime minister and separate flag to kashmir since abdullah's mother was motilal's rakhel.

2. 1960-1990 kashmir was silent. why? why did they start killing hindus 1990-2000?

Congress provoked them for vote. We have not forgot the great voting manipulation in kashmir by congress.

3. When himdus were killed congress said done by paki stani, when muslims shouted they said look they want freedom. wrong wrong wrong!!!!

4. Now you are provocating youths. If you want you could stop them long back.

That Kalmadi should be tried and punished.
In China, he would get death sentence.

young guns sitting too long under elders' tutelage without
by Jena Bharati on Aug 06, 2010 05:29 AM

much worthy contribution.

It is PAKI guns inside kashmir flexing muscles. They are incraesingly getting lethal with US money. Unless valley leaders realize that their future is best secured with india. then it is evry easy to find several directions to work from.

How much area they are asking?
by vikrant kumar on Aug 06, 2010 03:01 AM  | Hide replies

Any idea how much area separatists are asking as a part of indendent kashmir? Are they asking only Srinagar valley area or Jammu and Laddakh as well? We can't afford to give Jammu and Laddakh. If its only the srinagar and surrounding area then we can think on that...

my friend, drunk or not will give u benefit of doubt. so if they ask just 100 sq km you want to gift it away and assume problem solved? its not about 1 sq inch or 10000 sq km or entire India; its the mindset that is the problem here. its the precedent that we will set by even encouraging such thoughts.

Simple fact is the entire state of Jammu& Kashmir including the parts we let Pak to keep and the part Pak then gifted to China - was annexed to India when its ruler who initially opted to stay independent (just like Hyderabad) chose India after he came under attack from the Pak(technically tribals from NWFP incited by Pak/Jinnah).

Now, lets say if MMS wants to sit at the table to talk and 'ask' the question you asked - there are a few problems! there is no single voice on the other side of the table and so 'they' dont know what they want. it depends on who you ask when how and in what context.

MMS and we as a country have bigger issues to solve than waste our time at a table waiting for the noise at the other end to sort itself and come with a coherent answer.

I am no historian or politician or expert in these matters but the point is if anything we have been extremely patient, restrained despite severe provocation by all concerned i.e., we have been asking questions, waiting, listening etc. for so long, we just have one option to declare war and claim back the Pak/China controlled J&K and develop it with no external elements influencing the vuln

by Dipak Ghosh on Aug 06, 2010 02:17 AM  | Hide replies

This report talks about Rahul Gandhi who proven ability is zero. He represents dynasty, not acceptable in democracy.

Where was he for last 2months? In London. Doing what?

Nobody know.

Has anybody seen Rahul Gandhi taking position on many dire issues nation facing today?

Nope..

He and his mother both avoiding responsibility.

Enjoying power without any accountability.
