NSG is waste
by Abc Def on Apr 21, 2010 06:48 PM

NSG operation during 26-11 was such a waste. Pathetic NSG could not arrive at the scene for 12 hours. They waited for a special plane. Couldnt they take any airline. They couldnt rescue a single person alive from Chabbad house or the Taj, All rescue was done by the ill equipped mumbai police in the previous night.

NSG is good for nothing, It can only provide security to politicians. Thats what its trained for.

Army, Central forces, paramilitary forces have proved to be complete failure in dealing with terrorist/insurgent situations. Kashmir and north east proves that. Only the police (if trained well) can handle the situation as Punjab, Andhra Pradesh (grey hounds), UP police have proved it.

Looks like comment on NSG has hurt some "Bhayyas"

By recruiting people from Maharashtra these persons are showing that we all are not united. Mumbai belongs to everybody hence the commandos should also include people from every part of India. i.e called good gene pool

"However, the fact that no amount of sophisticated imported technology will help Mumbai police solve crimes or acts of terror without active cooperation of the people of this city, he said. "

Yes in chewing tobacco and in consuming Vadapav.Mr.Shivananda, if you want to win over your subordinates, this is not the way.Instill confidence in them, give them better training, and tell them to be ready for any eventuality and all the more develop thier inquisitive capacity, detective attitude, and reasoning capabilities. Now what happens even if an outlaw carries a live bomb, our cops at public places never heeds, or pays attention and they never dare to ask.

Bombay Police compared to any other force in India, other than the army, has more experience in using weapons. These guys have valiantly cleaned-up the entire underworld almost without any hi-tech gadgetry. Total Desi Style. Thats why there are movies made on this force. Hats off to our cops. Real sons of soil.

Mumbai police have the inquisitive capacity, detective attitude & reasoning capabilities but what about political interferance at end of their investigations? How many criminals are in the jail who actively caught by Mumbai Police. See all Criminals have political connections & at the same time Criminals have the connection with terrorist & they know that they can play the safe game under the politicians If you are from Mumbai you should know this. Most of the times they do the investigation in correct directions but at the end they become helpless because of Political interferance & they gets only two options either bribe or leave the job, so they prefers first option for their day to day requirements.
