if police had access to adv weapons this could have been averted ...

Yes, Mumbai police commandos are better than NSGs,that is why they performed so well in tackling 26/11 mayhem by Pakistani psychopathic killers . The death of 165 innocent people in the 26/11 carnage is possibly a testimony to the Mumbai police commando's superior skill.
