Its silly decsion. What is the reson. If it is related to any security concern then why pre-paid users are allowed. These government dept. doing silly thing like recent ULIP case.
There is something seriously wrong with Chiddu's brain...first he banned pre-paid connections after 4 months these were re-started and now he has banned SMS on post-paid mobiles.... he wants to divert attention from Naxals so he is making people of J&K suffer.... what purpose does it serve??

U want everything from India, but say J&K does not belong to India...1st remove Article 370 and integrate J&K with India and then ask for SMS.
