Intelligent..now 1 by 1 start banning phones(all sorts), tv, cinema, internet then all modes of communication including verbal, non-verbal, sign languages and whatever...close down institutes(educational, vocational)...& finally sent that state to stone age....terrorism out...problem solved.

Why?

I think these JK post paid users didn't pay their bills on time and so, they decided to cut their SMS off.

Militants Start using VOIP...
by Indian on Apr 16, 2010 04:46 PM

This kind of operation is already a flop.. the J&K govt said that they checked few lakhs sim's within 1 or 2 month.. In kashmir, due to separatists every month have bandh's for 5 -10 days?? then they checked all these in just few weeks??.. Another important NEWS is that Militants in sopore belt start using advanced communication like VOIP.. so army finds very difficult to catch their msg... traditional intelligence is no use in sopore belt as it is 100% militant bastion. so i think govt cheecking some strategy

Kashmir have more freedom like any other indian state. You should think about people of POK first and then ask for freedom.
