India should follw the japaneese model and not have an army for attacks . The focus of the Nation should be on Poverty and not amass weapons which would have no use and can only get rusted !!! It is going to be impossible for a nation that folows non violent means to be attaccked by ANY NATIONS.

japan does not have "the most loving and caring" neighbours like pa, ch, ba around itself.
we have got these three epitomes of humanity surrounding India.
all three love India so mmmmuchhh that is beyond my explation capability.
we dis-arm ourselves; and we see them hogging alu-chat in chaandni-chowk, the very next day.
besides, Gandhiji was in fact a great personality. he walked this planet, did great things and went back. those who have done nothing with their lives, only bow-vou at him.
anyway, if it is possible (IF); India shall arm itself with the most lethal arms sourced from ALIENS, nothing less!!!

Navy should impose stiff penalty clause in case of delays since most Govt jobs are delayed and there is no accountability in spite of have a very large buraeucratic set up and every one escapes responsibility however there want to implement Pay commission recommendation and pension and what not?
Why not we learn from others, please do not delay such serious/important projects, it will cost all of us weather you are politicians/Scientist/rich people/common people.
Please do what is needed for our armed forces as soon as possible.

Paresh...
It is very easy to criticize, but dont forget technology changes and our indigenous development must keep pace with it.
The Americans, Russians, French and the British came to the JET AGE thanks to the CAPTURED German planes, rockets and scientists after Germany's defeat in the second world war.
Take a chill pill, out technology will stand out in due course.
