1. By stopping netas intervention is cases. 2. Providing latest gadgets arms ammunition safety gear. 3. Stop saluting to netas and chamchas. 4. Give them free hand in delivering. 5. Morale boosters like good salaries, good uniforms, Image building exercises.
Review following statement by this man - "In all my presentations I harp upon treating women, minorities, children and senior citizens respectfully" Clearly indicates that there is no need to treat rest respectfully, in other words do not respect majority respectfully. We see that day in day out in Police behavior any way, this just confirms it.

What the police can do if they got clear intelligence reports ? They have to check the religion of the criminal before arresting or attacking on them ! If arrested, no punishement in India ! If punished, that also after 10 t0 15 years after.. ! What is the use ? The Indian rules and system must be changed to tackle terrorist activities. Why Afzal Guru still alive ? What punishment got go Abu Salem ? What punishement will be for Dawood, if he got handed over to India ? Nothng.. Instead he may be a MP or Minister in next election, So better he may live in Pakistan itself, atleast he will not come back because of fear of Chota Rajan's gang. (And not because of Mumbai police)
what we need is better surveillance capability, not just help from fisherfolks. Can anyone think of landing on the shores of Newyork unchecked!!!!! Its so stupid that the terrorists landed in Mumbai without any hassle & walked upto Taj. Why did this even happen in the 1st place. Tomo they will land in Gujarat/Goa/Kerala/Kanyakumari & talk a plane to Mumbai? Does our impotent govt has any PRO-ACTIVE plans.
This time I will remember A mother caressing her dead son's forehead Preparing him pre-maturely for his final destination
This time I will remember Innocent diners lined up and shot at point blank Caught in somebody else's war
This time I will remember Blood splattered walls with grotesque imagery Freshly burnt flesh shattered mirrors and broken lives
This time I will remember A mother and her two young kids charred beyond recognition While the Dad put public good ahead of the personal
This time I will remember Gun totting terrorists creating mayhem on the streets Target practicing at a railway station
This time I will remember Backpackers at a cafe or receptionists at a hotel Reduced to pieces for no reason
This time I will remember How like vultures our politicians encircle dead bodies And feed on the rotting flesh
This time I will remember How netas usurp Z class security at our expense And let us be killed like flies
This time I will remember How our oily babus clamour for promotions While a plane for commandos is buried in files
This time I will not forget I will let my wounds fester I will continue to rage against these parasites I will demand accountability I will not allow countless lives to be broken I will not allow politicians to divide us
Ii is rreally really sad that the primary teachers are paid so less. It is a huge task daily to correct some 40 crazy students' scribblings, manage them for 8 hours and still get shoutings from the Principals, parents...
Please pay them well. They are making our children's future...They have soooo much influence on our kids.

Go and sleep, guy...take some rest after so much of hardwork at office...or you will burnout.
Even he admist to rampants corruption withun the police system- "..you know at what price people pay to get police jobs" he says. Whom do these 'people' pay to get police jobs? Surely he'll command the highest price, seeing as he's the Commissioner of Police, the big cheese- anyone wanting a 100% certainty for landing a lucrative(hafta, hafta, hafta) police job will certainly want to approach the guy who has the last say in all such matters.
