NSG chief said that mumbai people may have warn the police before the attack because when the terrorist are planning long before 26/11. People should have some moral responsibility like Informing about Strangers in their areas Caring the society And Importantly Casting their vote. Where mumbai people never do.Please work hard earn lot but atleast do little to the country.

Actually they did not tell because terrorists told them that they will kill only outsiders not Marathi manoos so Mumbaikars just wanted to see the fun. Thats what I can figure out for this failure of brotherhood.
Yes people will forget since many such blasts and casualities keep happening in India what now,we are not some safe haven like USA where they experience less of such incidents and hence its stays in their people's mind for a long time.
ind has warned porkis that next such move vl not be tolerated. but this was the 50th atack by porkis, (earlier stern warning given during 11 july 06 local train blasts). so when the 51st attack vl b made against ind, ind vl warn porkis strongly in presence of usa that 52nd atack vl not b tolerated.
The people won't forget 26/11... ...they'll just forget 11/7, the train blasts, the Naxal attacks, the Malegaon blasts, the blasts in Assam, blasts in Delhi, Hyderabad, Surat, the massacre of police officers in Gadchiroli... look beyond your own pain, Mumbaikars...

coz ind cant retaliate against such attacks, then v deserve such atacks. cant cry to usa for every now n then.
even if one 26/11 like terror attacks happen every year, they will be forgotten by indian people.......just throw some feel good bollywood films and crcket, indian people will forget all these......

its diff and useless to build a strong nation on poor base. we donot have proper IPC and ruling , so when ur base is wrong how can wee build a strong nation , india is fake democratic is its all Vote Banking
