Fact
by Prakash Chandra on Nov 04, 2009 08:21 PM  | Hide replies

Pak was a dream for Mr. Jinnah.
By another few years Pak will become a lost dream for the world.
Old saying is : castle can not be built on air.
New saying is : castle built on dream is suppose to become nightmare.

Wild Bear does more for India than Kangress !
by Chris on Nov 04, 2009 08:21 PM

Tue Nov 3, 10:06 am ET
SRINAGAR, India (AFP) – Indian police on Tuesday credited a wild bear for killing two senior militants in the disputed region of Kashmir, where insurgents have fought against New Delhi's rule since 1989.

The bodies of the rebels were recovered on Monday from forests in the southern district of Kulgam, a police spokesman said.

"The two had been mauled to death by a wild bear," he said, adding two rifles were found near their bodies.

The men -- known by the names Saifullah and Qaiser -- were members of the region's most powerful group Hizbul Mujahedin and had been active in Indian Kashmir for more than six years, police said.

Armed rebels in the Muslim-majority region often use the densely forested mountains as their hide-outs.

Breathe the air of freedom, breathe in India
by Argumentative Indian on Nov 04, 2009 08:18 PM  | Hide replies

If you are ever fortunate enough to set foot in India, you will know what it is like to breathe the air of freedom, freedom from religious bigotry, from the need to follow any uneducated idiot religious leader perforce, freedom to dress as you please, freedom to pursue a vocation of your own choice.
You will know that Muslims have achieved the highest levels of accomplishment in free India, you need look no farther than Mumbai and Bollywood for that, however, even if you do look further you will find muslims successful in all walks of life. However, only those muslims, who chose success. In a free society, one has to make choices.

The interesting thing is that India has space for both the Burqa (for those who so choose) and for a micro mini sipping a drink at a Pub (for those who so choose).
Jokers from both sides of the religious fence, have been trying their best to polarize the country, but in election after election, Indians have been replying to them, silently, cooly, but consistently.

Re: Well...

Is anyone saying that an educated Paki is more or less smart than anyone else?

The problem is not with the average Pakistani, it is with their leaders. That is actually a misfortune, more than anything else.

The average Indian doesn't even think about Pakistan
by Argumentative Indian on Nov 04, 2009 08:11 PM  | Hide replies

Except in case of Cricket Matches or terrorist attacks in India, because the latter are usually sponsored by Pakistan / Statless Actors based in Pakistan.

From Independence, India has been absolutely benevolent to Pakistan.
Their problems today are of their own making.
