INDIYA IS A POOR COUNTRY. SEE SO MANY POOR PEOPLE & STREET KIDS ARE ENJOYING MONSOON.
I REQUEST THE WORLD TO HELP THIS POOR COUNTRY WHERE 10-15% OF THE POPULATION ARE ENJOYING LIFE, 20-40% ARE MIDDLE CLASS STRUGGLING THEIR LIFE AND BALANCE MAJORITY IN STREETS AND BELOW POVERTY LINE,
WORLD PLEASE HELP THE UNDER PRIVILEGED AND UNDER NOURISHED INDIYA BY PROVIDING AID IN THE FORM OF FOOD, CLOTHING & SHELTER OTHERWISE THESE CHAPS WOULD BE A GREAT THREAT TO THE WORLD PEACE AND DEMOCRACY AS MANY WOULD RESORT TO CRIME FOR SURVIVAL.

A Rich Man says that India is a poor country. For how long this type of song you people are going to sing, hiding lakhs of crores in foreign banks. If corruption is weeded out in your country, these street children also may live like 'Maharajas'. Ask your highly educated, most knowledgeable PM, MM singh about it.

"It has forecasted rain and..... ". Is it not just "forecast"? While this is said by many, how can Rediff also committ mistakes like this? I thought forecast, broadcast, telecast all have the same as "past tense"... Am I wrong in my understanding?
Are you aware that whenever there are rains there are floods in mumbai mini or major.
These floods are nothing but rainwater plus the water oozing out of the drains of mumbai and these drains are full of what you guys let out yesterday or maybe today morning!!!
Now tell me if you like what the kids are doing!!! I have even seen kids jump and swim in these puddles!!!

My Friend, Mumbai has the best water draining system in India. If you understand some Geography and Environment see with your eyes open that Mumbai is a coastal city, if the timing of HEAVY RAINS and HIGH TIDE matches each others' then only this problem creeps up, else there is nothing to blame about it.
Tell us about your city, where do you live.. and I will make you aware about the civic issues of your city. It is very easy to sit inside your home and blame others. Go out do something on your own understand how the civic issues are being handled and then comment.
