What democrazy is this?
by sivasubramanian on Jul 27, 2009 05:50 PM  | Hide replies

India claiming to be biggest democracy in the earth?
What democracy is it?
You are atking away thepoor and ignorent peoples land and wealth?
You are taking away all their bread earning tools?
In gulf all the area where oil is taken were rewarded with top life?
In india Chidambaram as with his caste behaviour don't have any value for human sufferings of these tribal people?what is left is only their land?that also he want to snatch?
I make clear, i am also from this PC native area,Their caste people have moved to cities long time back just pre independence,They never help any of their neighbours also about the goodness in city if they don't belongs to his acste,
They loot the poor farmers money and labour with cruelty and never have any mercy for them, for example the person might have borrowed 5000 Rs,And would have returned 15000 rs as interest then also they will snatch his land if not paid the original amount.
This man how can he have any mercy for those poor sufferings in jungle of Cetral india,
India can not remain one?
These Maoist should make their idea open,They should declare independence of their area

these Maoists were given too many chances to express their views. They were even invited to talks so that every thing can be settled in a peaceful manner. But the maoists (murderers) stuck to the gun and are threatening the whole nation. they must be elimimated without much delay.

Now there is no original Moaism in India. The so called hardcore moists of Nepal also just licked everyone's feet for power.
They are now just happy looting rich people, taxing even poor people, running their luxurious lives, running proxy-governments in the jungles without having any concerns for poor. They just want money and power.

A Good move if it happens
by ganga shipping on Jul 27, 2009 05:49 PM  | Hide replies

It will be praiseworthy if the MAOISTS are attacked. They are nothing but group of goondas creating law and order problems. They must be tackled with iron hands. If Ms Ariundhati Roy feels so much about these goons , she must go and stay with them. Their economy will improve with better law and order , not worsen OR should they be left to live like JUNLE MEN. I look forward to see such GOOD steps from the government.

we are to blame..
by heaven on Jul 27, 2009 05:47 PM  | Hide replies

Its all our short term politics which has given rise to the Maoist or 'naxal' problem....

Our political establishment has steadily ignored the tribals, and over a period of time even ignored the persecution of the backward tribals of the region. The victims, did not know where to turn to and embraced the 'naxal' movement thinking they finally have the strength to fight back. Its all our own creation!
It needs attention, and development of the tribal belt; we can then win them back!
Go MMS..!!

Congress rule since 1947 is largely responsible for the present day naxalism. HAd they worked for the betterment of the villages the situation would be entirely different.

If one creates weakness in the system then the enemies like China & Pakistan will definitely take advantage of the situation.

How come Arundhati came back safely ?????
by panini on Jul 27, 2009 05:46 PM  | Hide replies

when policemen are being killed then how come Arundhati Roy went to naxal regions & came back safely ???????

It proves she is hand in glove with the traitors "maoists"......

We all know Congress is pro-industrialists, pro-rich but these communists are no less evil than the Congress.

For every oppression, if you take the violent route to get justice, then it becomes a pandora's box. Then everyone will have a reason for whatever their actions.
Just see the state of AP, where the moaists who started their movement on some genuine issues have turned into just extracting money from rich and only enjoying themselves, without any concerns towards poor and oppressed.

Why was Congress govt not acting till now ?
by panini on Jul 27, 2009 05:42 PM  | Hide replies

Since 2004, when the Congress came to power, Naxalism has increased rapidly all over the country. From a few districts before 2004 to more than 200 districts now.

Were they sleeping till now ?. As always congress lacks the will to defend the country. They act(????) only when its too late & their action is often preceded by dirty politics they play.

Why they didn't act since 2004 ??????? Why now ?????

Storm even Left headquarters
by waste cricket on Jul 27, 2009 05:42 PM  | Hide replies

Centre should not only storm Moaists headquarters, it should also storm Left's offices all over the country. There would be plenty of documents which indicts left parties active role in supporting, nurturing and encouraging the violent movement by the moaists in India.

Left perties are supporting them morally, financially, logistically, strategically and in all possible means.

For that everyone have the standard, most useless and shameful reason as 'To keep communal(read BJP) out of power'.
If, for keeping a politically and democratically active party away from power at any cost, the other parties join hands without any ideology or principles, then democracy is bound to suffer and such other anti-social elements would grow to become more dangerous to the nation.
