The result is nepotism, rampant corruption and substandard procurement practices.Even after the Military debacle with china in 1962, scant attention is given to the continued chineese threat and its india encirclement posture.Why at all the detrimental Defence pact with US was signed.The UPA-II owes an explanation to the people.
