Govt should immediately stop import of Defence items which includes Raw materials, Machineries, Equipments, War Vehicles etc., Govt should develop all the above indegenously with the help of DRDOs, IITs, NITs, Engg / Technical institutions.

That is where we have to reach. But 'immediately' is not practical.
Tata Indica was the first 'Indian technology' car we made (Ambi and Maruti, PremierPadmini all foriegn tech), so guess its going to be sometime before we can acually build quality tanks and plans. See the fate of Arjun tanks and Light Weight Aircraft. Even for nuclear submarine we had to use french nuclear reactor because ours was too bulky.
So we should go for technology transfer and manufacturing in India by foreign companies. Then in future we may be able to develop our on ones.

THose who are cowards are easily identified by their dressing.Half chaddi means any time be prepared to flee.And they were wearing this half chaddi for the last 60 years and we fought 4 wars with our hostile neighbours.Half chaddis conveniently disappeared from the scenes in those days.After the war when they hear the marching retreat, they appear in the open with Hald chaddis and lathis.

The christian churches (catholic and protestant) were tools of the british. They not only brutalized people (Goa and elsewhere) but also betrayed Indians to the white colonialists. Could they do anything else - after all they owed their ability to convert people to the umbrella provided by the british empire and the portugese barbarians. And they continue to betray India - see what has happened in nagaland (courtesy of the Billy Graham evangelists). What is worse is that the converted indians of today remain supporters of those that brutalized and converted their ancestors and dont understand the legitimate demands of the Hindus. As long as the christians and muslims of India remain selfish and refuse to see the other side, they will remain conflicted and can betray their Hindu brothers and their own land.

It is not Xtians my dear your own Hindus Rajas and Maharajas for their own vested interests unzipped their pants for the white and got screwed very badly.Sri,Read history , you will come to know what happened inn Rajasthan,In MP In UP In Delhi.How Muguls came to rule India, same reasons.Xtians have no role in that.
After reafing lots of defence strategists,astrologers,and debates in CNN IBN,NDTV etc,the following are reality. 1.We r surrounded by hostile countries like Pakistan,China,Bangladesh,Burma,Nepal,Ceylon,who dnt look to india as friendly and can intimidate us. 2.What is the use of spendinf 20% of dudget on defence when we cannot defend against Pak,china?Wasting money on Deals goes to rich Brokers only. 3.Instead spend money on our own population on educarion,health,welfare,infrastructure,and we will be much stronger to pose a challenge. Pl think on these and take useful steps instead of wasting public money.

If our kings and emperors had build forts amd walls instead of temples and mosoleums we may not have been an easy target for foreign invation.
Military might cannpt sustain without socio-economic progress. But without military might we cannot protect any socio-economic progress. Eg. US, UK, China

We cannot give 'each and every' indian primary education. How the hell are we going to give them ilitary training.
The politicians and their middle men have ensured that the armed forces get equipment that the highest briber can produce, not what the armed forces want. The ministry itself has been staffed by second rate politicians and babus. As a result of which, the air force flies obsolete aircraft, that would be cannon fodder in the event of war, the navy has ships with gaping holes in it, the army can't provide boots and gloves to its men !!!!!. The forces have been sustained by the dedication and professionalism of the men and women in uniform, the 6th pay commission has made sure that this will not remain for very long, down grading their status as regards their civilian counterparts, ensuring that they are busy fighting for their survival when serving and ensuring that they are dead when they retire. God help this nation if we have to confront China, the irony is that the politicians and the Babus will get away, and the guys in uniform will be left to take the rap.

CAN THE INDIAN ARMY OR THE INDIAN PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF NATIONALISM , THESE PATRIOTIC ARMIES OF SOVIET AND NAZI GERMANY SHOWED?.

Our leader will give up the land..and let as many indians die..and then proclaim in a summit that both India and the attacking country are victims of terrorism...and say we should resume the composite dialogue.
