End of Trial or Start of Justice Era??
by Mousam Choudhury on Jul 20, 2009 05:31 PM  | Hide replies

I mean am happy to learn that Kasab has tried to confess in front of the Public, but does that alone serve the purpose, I mean is it really enough for us to party thinking that the confession of Kasab is adequate to forget the BRUTAL MURDER OF 183 INDIANS??

Please reply.......

Mousam.

Kasab admits guilt...shouldn't india forgive 'n forget ...???
by sush kocher on Jul 20, 2009 05:30 PM  | Hide replies

Kasab admits guilt; india stands vindicted; if we now hang him we'd be no different -
an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth!!!
India and every indian should stand united and forgive and forget this chapter in true gandhian style. Let us show the world that we truly and honestly and sincerely believe in "ahimsa" just as the father of the nation propagated. Let Kasab and a million others like him live to feel the guilt of anti-social action. He needs to repent and start life afresh; and if he does it would be anti-terrorism's biggest victory worldwide. Let us take a public opinion on this humble request
of mine.

Beauty?

I think nothing ever stupid then this suggestion.

I feel very shameful after hearing all these stupid comments from Indian Side, A SOLID CONCLUSION IS COME OUT THAT DUE TO ALL THIS STYLE PEPOPLE TERROR IS OPENLY DEVELOP AND GROWING IN INDIA. so shameful to state that this type of comment made by an INDIAN.
I am really doubtful on your nationality.

MY RECOMMDATION IS - SHOOT THE BLOODY IN SUCH A WAY THAT VERY ONE FEAR TO OPERATE ANY TERROR ACTIVITY IN MINE LOVING COUNTRY.

DO NOT WORRY KASAB....
by SMP on Jul 20, 2009 05:26 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Kasab,
Even if u are guilty and even if you are given the death penalty by our highest courts, u are still a member of the precious minority community.
As a virtue of that, no death penalty is applicable to you. You can spend your lifetime safe in the Indian jail.

we should not be so cynical. Minority appeasement is a political reality in India and many of us are simply disgusted by it. But that does not automatically translate to the single largest minority in our country not being equally patriotic to our Motherland...
I am not trying to be idealistic....just attempting to be fair and balanced

justice done
by asif bhat on Jul 20, 2009 05:26 PM  | Hide replies

this is a good move from kasab confessing the genocide of innocent human beings.now india can save some tax payers money utilizing unnecessary for trail. However, Sarab jeet singh must also follow kasab to confession his guilty. So that justice is done. and india must also follow the suit in charging hindu terriorists responsible for gujrat carnage and melogoan blast.

There is no use simply convicting a terrorist. THe govt must have guts to carry out the judgement pronounced by the courts.

Lack of govt's will in such matters is evident in the case of afzal guru

yes, india must first bring to book all the terrotists for the tens of blasts that have taken place in india (not necessarily in malengaon). also the people who burnt the coaches of sanyasis and the people who reponsible for genocide of hindu pandits in kashmir should also be brought to book.
