Is this Confession enough... Why did Nigam object to the Confession and why was he over ruled by the Judge... Will this still require the usual / customary 10- 15 years or more to finally convict Kasab and let him continue his stay in the Airconditioned and fully Serviced high security prison while High courts and Supreme courts are moved against the conviction... and then when finally the hanging is inked, allow a set of idiots in the Goverment to decide to file / or not file for Pardon from the President..... and allow a few years time for the President to decide on the pardon petition.... and in meantime allow another intelligence faliure result in a Plane / Train to be hijacked by the Pak terrorists and Kasab exchanged with the customary passengers since one of the passenger will happen to be the relative of one of our Ministers from the Minority Community?????

Beautiful summation of future happenings. Accept my congratulations and appreciation. I wish we adopt American system summarily.

If we do not hang him, this si the message other Jihadis will get - Go to India, Kill 100 innocents and spend the rest of your life in Indian jail safely.

kasab deserves to be stripped wihtout skin and hung to death and buried in pork oil and pork meat with his private organs chopped off so that he goes to his paradise without them,..this will be the best example of all those misguided elements both here and across the borders

Haha, this is not done by just India...international community is involved in this....so many people from different countries were killed....their representatives have also questioned kasab.....India is not Pakiztan...to hide kasab like osama and are not fools to parade him...he is MOST important criminal today.
u must blame your caste system, this story of kashmir reversion to islam is coz of bigot of high class who denied one low cast but influential and powerful official in kashmir way back in 1300 century to attain the throne coz of being low caste. this is how islam influenced in kashmir and other parts of india.

islam in inherently made with the need to increase its followers. anyone who isnt follower of its god is a kafir. not be contacted, not to be touched not to be mingled with.
so most of the ppl who are muslim are cz they were sold this religion by its followers. those ppl thought they will make world a better place with islam everywhere.
now look wat is happening!
which major inter country conflict does not involve islam? ummm not many!
May u'r all@h forgives u for killing those innocent people, leaving back lots of families into poverty and sorrows.the curse of those widows n orphans will be thre with u forever.

Yes. I believe the same happened in Gujarat Riots. Be the same with those who did the cruel act and confessed on the camera and still living in the society without any fear. God bless them all.
