Boss They want to create a situation where they can politics, Let another Issue like kashmir be created then they can play on that. Same way the allowed naxalites to grow, once they had age old weapons now they have got AK47 and new technologies also....
This is what Indian Politics... and I'm sure had North East not been taken care It will be hard to handle two way terrorism.

Assam is another Kashmir. Not because of neglect of Govt. But because it has now become a state where the religion of peace has dominated.
