This decision shows that minorities like Sikhs will never get justice in India. No one should vote for Congress as a protest against this decision. There are clear evidences and witnesses available and still Tytler walks free. This is not only disturbing for Sikhs but its anti-human and shows anyone can do any crime in front of thousands of people and get away. Where are the human rights groups now?
More then 15000 Sikhs got killed by congress goons all over india. out of which 10000 alone in Delhi. It is the biggest ever Riot done by congress after 1947. Sikhs are regarded as protectors of Hind00s against invader pisslam.
In the Gujarat minister's case, evidence given by so-called eye-witnesses -- who all appear to have been planted by anti-h i n d u forces, was accepted and the minister was arrested. In the Tytler case, all evidence given by eye-witnesses was ignored.
There is nothing shocking and unusual in this. Laloo, Mulayam, mayawathi, karunadidhi,Jayalalitha all will get clean chit as long as they extend their support to Congress. Our Confused Bureau of Investigation will keep coming up with such comic findings.
Congress people killed more than 5000 sikhs in Delhi and other parts of India, nobody got punished. Congress people/its minority cell burned karsewkas including women and children in the train at Godhra led to violence in Gujarat. Christian fundamentalists (supporters of congress) hired Maoists and killed Swamji and their associates in Kandamal led to violence in Orissa. Congress people/its minority cell involved in almost all riots and killings happened in India after Independence. Kashmiri pundits are thrown out of Kashmir and staying in other parts of India as refugees. Congress questioned even the existence of God Shriramji and bent to destroy Ram Sethu. Congress has created many mini pakistan and mini Bangladesh in India by giving voting rights and citizen ships to Bangladeshi and pakis and they are now vote banks of congress. Congress and communists are ruling Kerala by taking support of aninational and Islamic fundamentalists parties like Muslim League and PDP.Congress is the most dangerous communal party in India. Congress made India a pakistan in making.
What has BJP done to bring the congress goons to justice during its term. Nothing. They have no right to speak on the issue. That Sikhs have by and large forgiven the perpetrators of the massacre is another issue. That is why they are progressing as a community, perhaps.

The question is not whether Sikhs have forgiven or not but rather whether justice has been done or not!!!

who are you to say sikhs have forgiven. Just installing sikh prime minister is not forgivingness. Forgiving should come from all those whose relatives have been killed in the massacre and prime minister definitely not lost any thing.
