Aare their hindus in saudi arabia? purnav, is it shame for you? In what way?
Given the present financial crises in world and Indian markets, the GoI should actively pursue wooing both domestic and NRI savings and thereby not miss out on a historic advantage of consolidating the Indian economy which is relatively better placed than others. The dependence (more psychological) on FIIs has to end, Indians must seriously start working towards realising the vision of Dr. APJK of a developed country by 2020. Saudi has one of the largest Indian populations overseas and the perfect place to launch such an initiative. What China can do, India can do better!

Dear Hindu, below is for your info..dont indulge urself in character assasination of an individual.before commenting on anything please try to understand the context in which an individual has act..
Amrit Singh, youngest daughter f prime Minister Manmohan Singh is an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union, which advocates individual rights by litigating, legislating, and educating the American public on a broad array of issues affecting individual freedom.
Her outspoken campaign against the Bush administration's contempt for civil liberties earned her a front page report in The Wall Street Journal some weeks ago.
Amrit, 36, a graduate of the prestigious Yale Law School, is the only one of the prime minister's three daughters who lives abroad. The eldest daughter teaches at a college in New Delhi and is married to a fellow academic while the middle daughter works for an NGO and is married to an Indian Police Service officer.
Amrit is a consistent critic of US President George W Bush [Images] -- who is known to greatly respect her father -- and has raised issues of abuse of prisoners in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay. She also helped win a legal decision to have the Pentagon release photographs illustrating this abuse in 2005.

Can you not see anything beyond Muslim hatred? There are atleast 2 lakh Hindus working in gulf countries. They never differentiated between Hindu and Muslim there. If BJP comes to power it is true that relationship and trade with gulf countries will suffer. BJP is surviving only based on Muslim and Christian hatred.
....that al terrorists human rights will be protected at all costs and every method will be used to ban hindu activists who don't allow the rights of jihadis to do bomb blast as their religious duties.

@JGN, I don't understand this logic....15lakh indians in saudi???? What do you mean? there are 1 billion people at home. I am not saying that you shouldn't bother about indian abroad, but don't indirectly keep digging a grave as big as something from which one would take ages to come out. So, many indians in this or that country and so on...to protect NRIs, one shouldn't pave policies affecting people at home. Remember, all NRIs are out for their own personal purpose and not/never in the name of our country or for it(except a select few maybe) and NRIs in the sense, those who are working and leaving abroad. Again, sure there is a good inflow of foreign exchange, but given a chance that an NRI is able to send money with almost nil money-loss thru service charge or exchanges, he/she would surely do that. So, there is no question of serving the country. And remember, am myself an NRI for the last 6 years.
