They are busy in awarding several BOT projects for nuclear plants. BOT projects are disastrous. AS per the BOT scheme they can bring several of the dismantled parts (junks) to India by an 'innovative' method -construction by 'prefabricated modules'. It is unimaginably hazardous and costly. In case of a defect at a later date even in a minor part we have to import the whole MODULE which will be very expensive and cumbersome. The supplier may say that it is out of production and you have to redesign the whole unit. The plant will be shut down till the new module is designed and shipped to India. What an incredible loss?
In this connection Google and read Business Week dated 2.10.2008 "Dangerous Fakes How counterfeit, defective computer components from China are getting into U.S. warplanes and ships". The American military faces a growing threat of potentially fatal equipment failure—and even foreign espionage—because of counterfeit computer components used in warplanes, ships, and communication networks. These chips are imported from China which they remove from old equipments. Under BOT scheme of our proposed nuclear plants they can use these obsolete/old chips in the MODULEs which are sealed and so not visible.

I want to say as per Mayawati's statement Soniya is doing it only for election and all it is drama and only Mayawati is the best well wisher of UP now any Common people will tell me we want development of state or no or we want whethe who has done it,UP and Bihar is only this situation bcoz all of these stunt,....plz think about progress only and not only winning election so that politician can make fool again for 5 years..now it all depends upon UP's people i m not bias abt anybody but my concern is if soniya is doing this good job of employemnt then mayawati you plz also can arrange some industries in your constituent place instead of obection make a healthy and progressive compition instead of making obstacle of Up's progress.

Madam Mayavathi may be a leader of masses for UP and it is not so for the rest of the country. Her honesty rating ,personal vindictiveness ,her knowledge etc are widely known secret.India needs a clean ,development oriented , a person with both vision and mission etc. Mr Modi fulfills all these requirements. The undercurrent across the youth is very much in favour of Modi only. Soon it will turn as a tsnunami and will put Modi in the PM' saddle.It is only question of time.Wait and see.Raj
