The guilty should b punished.
by sangya pundir on Mar 13, 2008 07:49 PM  | Hide replies

The girl being 15, she should not b blamed for wat happened to her. She was a minor and cannot be expected to act like a responsible adult. The girl's mother could b to blame to some extent as she had left her in Goa but she has repeatedly said in her interviews that she had left her daughter with some caretakers and not alone. This means the caretakers are to blame really. But more than anyone else the
Goa administrations are to blame. They kno very well everything that goes on in Goa as in the late night parties, drugs, watever. They need to make sure such incidents do not happen and there should be some police present at these beaches if they hav bars/cafes open late at night. It is a shame that incidents of rape/murder/assault of foreign tourists has been on the increase in India lately, mostly due to me acting in a lewd manner. This must b taken seriously and steps should b taken to stop it.

Human Greed- Case Closed

Firstly the English Girl aged just 15-17 was left alone to "Party" in the night by her mother.
Secondly It is reported that she was in a totally intoxicated state in capable of judgement when she arrived at the bar.

Thirdly, It looks like very common in Goa for Mr X to walk off with Miss Y for Fun and other activities. So thats the reason why all the onlookers have not bothered to intervene even when they have seen what was happening

Fourth, What are all the Drugs doing there?

Immoral Behavior breeds Immoral Behavior.

Punish the criminals for taking advantage of the girls weakness. All in all the following are guilty and owe some responsibility for her death

1. Herself - For Being in such a state
2. Her Mother - For letting her to roam around in such a state
3. The Criminals/Rapists
4. The onlookers for not intervening
5. Goa Police for making Drugs available in the market and not curbing that

FYI Drugs are legal in GOA, there is nothing wrong in it.
Second, This is not a case of moral/im-moral the only thing that matters is why in gods name did the cops lie ?

Scarlette murder

The murderer must be given the severest punishment: death penalty. He does not deserve to live in civilized society. His accomplice too should be put away for a long long time. It is a pity 'life' sentence is only around 12 years in India.

And let us not forget the mother of the child. What kind of callous parents are these that they should just leave a tender child to the mercy of the vicious wolves? Would you do that anywhere in the world? They too should be punished for abandoning a minor child. And right, there should be a fast track court to bring closure to the matter without the usual rigmarole of cases dragging on for years, decades even, while the murderers roam around freely on bail. If the police in Goa have any self-respect left, let them file the chargesheet within the stipulated period, without which the rascals will get bail and be out again to do their nefarious business.

Just one person to blame... This girl herself...! Women shld know the limits.. equality with men is true, but at the same time the women shld realise the consequences of their actions...

Just 16 years and drugs, alcohol and sex... this kid dug her own grave!

I am not supporting the killers... but, I am making a point that she ran into them and invited trouble.. its not that she was walking on the road and these guys kidnapped her and did this...

I am wondering what was her "boyfriend" doing all these time... pretty girl.. with all assets.. he shld have her wrapped around his fingers... stupid as.
