not a good article
by Me Patel on Jun 19, 2008 03:48 PM

Everything has good and bad. You are showing only one side of coin. What if Salwa Judam would not have been there? How many might have became Naxalites?

Remember they are well networked internationally. They can speak and write in english. But they have sold out their souls to some 'good pay masters'. After all forest is not a bad place to live and recreate if someone is paid in dollars for that living. Moreover, international visas are always available for foreign trips. Very recently, the wife the jailed maoist visited USA to receive money.

They are coming into day light
by satyarthi on Jun 19, 2008 03:40 PM

This time they are quite candid and direct. After all the tactics of getting that maoist released through legal activism (petition in Supreme court), political lobbying (pressure on PM), and selling Gandhiji's name (day long fast and dharna on INTERNATIONAL SCALE) failed, the fox is forced to come out in broad day light. Now they are targeting Salwa Judam. Try to understand the foxes, to save India. They are illegatimate children of MAO.

Tit for Tat....
by Shobhna Maurya on Jun 19, 2008 03:38 PM

one can not justify an agression like Salwa Jadum. but as quoted by someone," Desperate times need deperate measures". so Salwa Jadum is nothing but desperate measure. There is nothing wrong in killig naxalites as they are menace to the Indian Democracy. its true that naxal could gain their ground because govt. machinery failed but as a young nation, India will take time so that the fruits of its developmet rech to the farthest corner of the country. 20years back my family would never have thought that i will travel by plane, will have color TV, A car and enough money to live leasurly...but today its all a reality for us. the same will happen to the poorest of the poor of India. we have to be patient. and meanwhile shud be determined to crush and kill all those (naxalites, terrorists) who want to break our country... and as far as Human Rights watchers are concerned, i ve just one question for them...do the policemen, armymen dont have human rights. or all those who died during various terrorist bombings...

Another Communist
by mrjoko on Jun 19, 2008 03:33 PM  | Hide replies

These guys have stomach to support Naxals ? Naxalism is nothing but communist terrorism.

Chhattisgarh is the only state which has done something concrete against this menace despite lack of a Central Policy against Naxal Movement.

Please understand, this problem has origin, support and expanse beyond borders of state of Chhattisgarh.

Please support this poor state and its deprived citizens in its fight with this menace.
