UNDER ANY CONDITION YOU CAN NOT POSTPONE THE PROBLEM FOR FUTURE. 2)DEAL WITH CHINA AND THEY SHOULD SUPPORT FOR THIS PROBLEM AND COME ON OUR SIDE ALONG WITH THE SUPPORT YOU HAVE ALREADY GOT FROM USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES. 3)YOU STOP ENTRY AND EXIT TO PAKISTAN AND ISOLATE THEM FROM ECONOMIC FRONT AND WHO SO EVER MAY BE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER INDIA. WHY YOU THE GOVERNMENT DISCUSS WITH DAWOOD FOR INVESTING HIS MONEY IN INDIA AND MAKE IT LEGAL AND FIGHT WITH DAWOOD COULD BE DEALT LATER MEANS FINANCING THE LeT AND OTHER TERRORIST ACTIVITY IN PAKISTAN SHOULD BE PLUGGED. 4)ATTACK TO TERRORIST AND LeT TRAING CAMPS IN PAKISTAN AND IF REQUIRED DO THAT EVEN FOR THE NUCLEAR WAPONS STORAGE OF PAKISTAN. 5)YOU DO NOT DELAY UR. Every one knows that D controls the movie kingdom and only his nominees will get a role. Artists without any talent from Pakistan get role here in Bollywood. Obviously D nominees will be from muslim community or the person who can pay the extortion amount to him.
Even TV media, has been appeasing the idiots (so called artists) from Pakistan.
100 crore population and one can't find an Hindu artist.
Please discourage all the movies released by D.
This way we can hit the don who is controlling the terror and illegal activities from Pakistan.
All the above suggestion have to be done by Government. Where as this implementation is very much under our control.
India's ability to respond to disasters both natural and manmade has been reactive at best. This same pattern is repeated whether it is earthquakes, Tsunami or war with Pakistan. We seem to "wake up" after it hits us. We need a culture where we foresee things before they happen and use pre-created assets to tackle them. India should take its governance seriously. A measurable standard should be created and each ministry should be measured to the ideal. Each minister should address the nation every year stating the progress made and their vision for the next year. This should be nationally debated, of course in a time-bound manner. The government should be held accountable for any lack of progress. In short, run the country as a corporation. Coming to the immediate issue, the following should be created on a high priority basis 1) Ensure adequate medical facilities exist to tackle contengencies 2) Creation of a fast transportation infrastructure. This involves creation/modernization of Airstrips, highways, railways, ports. This also involves purchase of helicopters, airplanes, speedboats, ground transport vehicles. 3) Improve policing quantitatively by maintaining a higher public to police ratio. Improve policing qualitatively by providing training to personnel, modernizing weapons, introducing police reforms, computerization of police records. 4) Modernize defense infrastructure on a priority basis. The more prosperous India is, the more threats it will face.

EDUCATION;- all Government employees MUST send their children to Government schools. This will improve the QUALITY of education being imparted to all & sundry.
NCC - training should form an integral part of the SCHOOL CURRICULUM. It will inculcate discipline respect for authority which is grossly missing.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:- I think people are becoming more and more aware of their RIGHTS in a democracy WHEREAS they are forgetting their responsibilities towards the NATION and have no scruples while treading on the rights of other fellow citizens.
REFERENDUM: certain CITIZEN's organizations should come forward and organize a REFERENDUM - alongwith the NATIONAL ELECTIONS - where people will choose between " caste system" OR "GROWTH' providing them a better lifestyle - better homes / food / security /education for their children / right to property, and so on so forth / good medical facility.
MEDICAL FACILITY:- several of out brother & sisters would be dyeing for lack of basic medical facility. It should be COMPULSORY for all Politicians & Govt. employees to get treatment only from Govt.hospitals & doctors only!!. See the improvement in delivery of health services.!!!

Following things India must do on priority - 1) Like Great Wall of China, build similar wall entirely across Indo-Pak border & Indo-Banladesh Border.
