We have a strong oppurtunity to take action where people will support. The more the action is delayed it will be in pages in book. We know the problem area like POK .....and srict action should be taken. Question is Terroist attacking and none of the higher authority doesnt know this ? Strange thing.
After going through all these relevant as well as irrelevant news on pre and post Mumbai attack, there is no doubt that after India had shift in its foreign and economic strategy whereby it came under the hands of America and its allies like Israel and UK who also have shifted from their previous policy of direct occupation of countries to control them through their own influenced men, it automatically has to face the opposition or wrath of the countries facing the aggression directly or indirectly from America and its allies, besides, it has provided them a play ground to exercise all such games those have multipronged action like emotional blackmailing of common masses on religious issues, vote bank politics, to keep India busy with its neighboring countries so as to keep it bleeding lest it may become a world power, exploit its resources physical and human for competing in the market internationally under the garb of jobs and development, find a place just adjacent to the boarder of big power like China, as is Israel at the doors of Arab world so that in case of any conflict the war is restricted to the land of another nation, and their economy gets crippled, chance arises for the uncle to intervene after disaster of these countries and his economic supremacy continues, himself being a big aggressor advising others to desist from doing aggression, and to invite oppressed groups to focus for their terrorist activities to other nations or to direct the players from behind
We have the strength and resources to thwart terrorism and protect our citizens, our economy, our culture and our independence. What lacking is the willingness to exercise our resolve. The greed for political power grabbing within the country, has skewed our right thoughts.
More than anything else, we need an eradication of vote-bank politics. Appeasement of certain sects in the pretext of social justice and "secularism" has to be banished, once and for all. Just as festivals like "Durga Puja", "Ganesh Chaturthi", "Shivratri" and "Diwali" are part of our culture, abhorrence towards vote-bank politics should also become an integral part of our culture. Since we are a democracy, we have it in our hands to steward our nation in the proper direction.

ALSO WE HAVE EID (RAMZAN)(BAKRID) XMAS AND SIKH FESTIVALS AND THESE MAKE A SECULAR CELEBERATIONS
Ignore Pakistan in sports, cultural activities, business and any other activity. Have a very strong presence on all the borders namely land and sea. No human rights org. should come in the picture even if someone wants to go and meet a dying father or mother in pakistan and vice versa. Just ignore them. It is 60 years since we are fighting for Kashmir. Why don't we allow for the first and last time people of Kashmir to decide this. The cost of war is too much to bear. A country like US is in shambles because of war and financial misappropriation. WAR will not solve anything as this is not going to be one sided war. They have nukes too. Reduce the security given to politicians to 1/5 and divert that to other parts of India. Spend as much as possible on Defence and Infrastructure. Make a wall from border to border,spend on best defence equipments,make the life of soldier and police easy by giving them more salary and more perks and give their family a sense of security. Stop naming roads, statue , Halls etc in the name of politicians, Instead do it in the name of the soldiers and police who die in fighting with terror and with enemy. The list is endless

Kashmir is the root cause of all problems.Why not have the UN govern the state for next 25 years and then let the Kashmiris decide what they want.

Kashmir is just an excuse pal!!!! India's success both economic& otherwise is the problem....Pakistan doesnt want to see a properous India and hence are looking for all oppurtunituies to scuttle...Their Army is the villian..even if an elected body assumes power, they will have to kow tow to the armed forces

Raviji, Yes india's success is also one of the reasons but india is successful only in last 10 years. Kashmir fighting is their eversince 1947. apart from this our growth as compared to europe/Americas, south east/middle east/china is not even comparable. dushman ka dushman dost hota hain and they have made China their friend. America was always with them. If we have war they will go to stone age but we will also go 20 years back and if there is nuclera war then entire world had it.

Ramaji, Pakistan is in very bad shape but India is not in very good shape either. You need to go to villages to see the green revolution. Farmers in Andhara, Mahrastra commiting suicide, Rajasthan is dry, Bhiar , Up and Orrisa is in floods every year. There have been 4 things which are worth talking Telecom by Pitroda, Roads by Atal bhiari govt Internet and mobile revolution Polio eradication - thanks to AB Otherwise not much progress.

javed, u r not a muslim but a sick man who wants peple to hate muslims.
INDIA should build a wall on entire Indo-pak border (ie from Gujrat to J&K).And also in the east on Indo-bangladesh borders.No matter how much it will cost.It should be taller enough and also number of our military comps should be alert on it.

The terrorist will dig tunnel and enter into our territory. Building wall can not be the solution.
We can all probably start with some introspection before we get into the national hobby- sarkar ki galti hai/ neta log kharab hai. The news headlines are again aamir khan"s hairstyle, though this at least to me is better than sanju baba ko jail hoga kya????? The educated classes are so busy with the next new car/ plasma tv and aamir khan and sanju baba that we donot give a damn to the monthly......monthly....terror attacks going on.For god's sake, Mumbai isnot the first attack. Every office that I go to, every officer that I worked with was a great believer in --chalta hai......And that is exactly what is happeneing here, it is chalta hai..."for the intelligence agencies".I donot hear/see an educated man standing up and asking society- why are the intelligence agencies failing again and again and again???Well, the prevous sentence answers that.Yes, I know the root cause is bad leaders sitting on the top, but remember, we voted for them.And if it is the illiterate/ semi-illiterate classes that brought them to power, why did the EDUCATED man not stand in the election, give people a clear idea of what he was going to do for India? Well, the educated man is planning for the next fancy mobile and plasma tv, he isnot meant for lesser things like trying to do something for his country.
