Reforms
by venugopal on Dec 01, 2008 12:47 PM

The incident was occurred due to negligence, non-cooperation of the Central as well as the states and one of the important is everything is politics. The political leaders are poising the system for their own benefit. I request all the POLITICAL LEADERS not to interfere the country's interest, as the common man is effecting and not the political leaders. This was happenign due to with their own interest and not else.

As a common man of India, I am urging the all the political leaders SAVE THE COUNTRY AND SAVE THE COMMON with this type of Terrists attacks.

The terriosts are mental and mindless people and are doing in dark. Please see in India all the Hindus, Muslims and Christians etc., are living peace of mind. Please don't do this type of attacks and should not loose faith.

Here we are living all are Borthers & Sisters and also respecting each others.

Why Terrorist were selective in killing the ATS staff at the Cama hospital?
______________

Core Hindi Words in email. Why?
'Chetavani nahi haqeekat’ was the screaming headline of the two-page e-mail sent to some media houses after the terror strike. It used some typical Hindi words like 'kriya' (action), 'pratikriya' (reaction) and 'udhaharan' (example). Very unlikely language of lashkar men.
______________

Un-Islamic bands on Hand. Why?
One of the terrorist had a yellow band on his hand, this is not seen anywhere on media before. Normally they have a turban, long beard, etc.,
_______________

Why would so called jihad terrorist be drunk?
Terrorists were drunk, if they are doing jihad for heaven, they should not drink by Islamic principles
______________

They spoke Marathi in Cama hospital. How come?

Maharashtra Times said the terrorists who targeted ATS chief Hemant Karkare, police commissioner Ashok Kamte and encounter specialist Vijay Salaskar were speaking Marathi fluently.

The newspaper claims the terrorists having fired at two watchmen in uniform asked the other beside them on gunpoint in Marathi, 'You are here an employee?' The employee caught the legs of the terrorist and said, 'I am not working here. My wife has suffered from heart attack and I have come here to admit her.' The terrorist asked him again in Marathi, 'You are speaking true or false?' The employee answered, 'No, by God I am speaking true.'

I vote Nobody'' - lets start a revolution
by Shmilyshy on Dec 01, 2008 12:39 PM  | Hide replies

I Vote Nobody!!!!!! !!!

Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section "49-O" that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn't want to vote anyone!

Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is called "49-O".

Why should you go and say "I VOTE NOBODY"... because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received "49-O" votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the con test ants will be removed and they cannot con test the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them. This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election. This would change the way; of our whole political system... it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public....

Please spread this news to as many as you know... Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India ... show your power, expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting... so don't miss your chance. So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O) and pass this info on...

Use your voting right for a better INDIA .

There is no such section 49 O in our constitution. Please clarify which Act or Rule you are referring. Dont simply mislead public, by lifting some stupid matter out of stupid 'email forwards'.

There is no Section called 49-O in the Indian Constitution,
The Section 49 of Constitution is on "Protection of monuments and places and
objects of national importance" and has nothing to do with elections.

The Election-related Articles (324 to 329) have nothing along these lines. So,
this is obviously another e-mail hoax, though I personally feel there should a
provision like this in the Constitution keeping in mind the dubious nature of
many people contesting elections these days.

political reform
by observer on Dec 01, 2008 12:38 PM  | Hide replies

politicians are talking about police reforms, administrative reforms and all sorts of other distracting tactics, but none of them is really addressing the real issue. we require a political reform, this model of multi party system has created too many robbers and traitors for our country to bear with. there should be a way to limit their numbers. every second antisocial element should not be allowed to become the so called 'leader'.

Its high time we start looking at this issue with concern. These terrorists are doing what our leaders know that can give them a vote bank. All the Muslims should stand and raise their voice against terrorism else nobody will be spared from terrorists and few left will fall prey to politics.Lets unite and help in eliminating terrorism.
