Dont worry Ashwaque even if the supreme court gives you death penalty we have the islamist govt which will pardon you. Not long before the congress govt starts implementing shariat law in the country.

Very true. In the Ram Setu issue, they have said that Ram / Ramayan is just a myth. Doubts our very existence. Must be the only Country in the world where the majority is treated like shit.

Well the majority doesn't like it when it's credentials are questioned..but minorities are always punished for acts they do.
I'd like to see death sentence to all members of majority community who indulge in riots.
Our Italian Madam Sonia already pardoned her husband's killers. (Maybe she forgot that 15 other innocent people also lost their lives along with her Indian Husband).
So every chance that this innocent secular Islamic terrorist will be pardoned. After all, he along with his fellow secular brothers killed only Jawans and a innocent civilian.
According to the prevailing law of India, such crime need capital punishment. But is it time for us to think of abolishing death sentance from the Law ?
Any humans who can not give life can not destroy another person's life. However, National Security is of prime importance. Actually these militants must first resort to peaceful way of life.

First of all, all the so-called Human Rights organisations and the so-called Human Rights Activists must be banned or arrested. Only then Islamic terrorism can be wiped out from our Nation.
