replicating gujrat bengali ishtyle
by bhaskar das on Nov 10, 2007 08:33 PM

This state sponsored pogrom is equivalent to the gujrat riots. After this cleansing there will be no opposition to commie rule in Nandigram (just like the silencing of the muslim voice in Gujrat).
Also now the commies have lost the moral voice to question any of the fundamentalism they so love to talk about. Buddhababu and Jyoti Basu are nothing better than Narendra Modi.

after going through mr/ms ritu parna sen it is realy hard to understand what he/she is after.
it is only because of people like him can say that bengalies are self-centered lot. bening a bengali how come he/she said so.who are these people to comment on this type incident . have they ever stayed in a village , have they ever went to their office by local train or bus in calcutta . what he has done in protest he has stepped down from film festival which he/she thinks the best thing he can do . so from this all can understand that of what he is capable of for such a serious issue. he is not true and original bengali because we bengalies are emmotional . and out of immotion a person can do anything .
so insted of giving these comments let them all march towards nandigram but not by ac. cars but on foot . then others will follow them automaticaly . and tell to those antisocial elements who are few in numbers , look either put down your weapons and come with us to build a socity of cooperation / brotherhood and humanity other wise we all will push you all not only out of bengal but also india .

Democracy is Dead -Long Live Democracy

Communists destroyed the state. Trinamool Congress is doing the remaining destruction. Congress, BJP and others are busy destroying the nation, its progress, peace and harmony. Politicians are more interested in corruption, rapes, murders and other crimes. Police is a joke. Media is manipulated. There is no improvement in education, health care, unemployment, poverty, electricity, water, housing, transportation. However, we have achieved tremendous improvement in communal hatred, violence at the slightest of provocation, pseudo-secularism, pseudo-intellectualism, aiding the corruption, ignoring our duties as a citizen of India. We are dragging on this situation for years and will continue for years to come, pretending to be happy as a democratic nation and jealously watching the US, Europe and East Asian countries as they take their nations and life-style way way beyond our reach.

But there is Bhutan and Somalia and such so we should not worry.

Brinda Karat prescribed "Dum Dum Dawai" for the people of Nandigram. Perhaps some CPI-M friends can elaborate.

She will available only in states rule by other parties to raise her voice against such activities. If W.Bangal rule by congress or TMC now, she may go for fast till death for this cause or shout for the dismiss of state ministry.

It is a shocking and heart rendering incident which is going on at Nandigram for the last 11 months. All political parties, without showing their musle power, should sincerely try to restore peace for the interest of he common people. The leaders of all the political parties should sit together to evolve the ways and means for the peaceful atmosphere that leading to normalcy in the interest of the affected people of that region. The sooner the better--before going the situation from bad to worst.Let the good sense awake in the minds of the common people, politicians, leaders, Govt.officials etc etc.Hope, speedy solution of the Nandigram issue. Now it has become a political issue. God save us from this tug of war.

Salute to Rituparno Ghosh for coming out with a statement. But it would be interesting to know whether he has come out with such statements when atrocities and pogroms were being carried out in other parts of the country. 2000 families were driven out from Nandigram area by the TMC, Maoists supported Andholan. Why can't Rituparnos and Aparnas not able to cry for them?

The real story will never be told. Why is the state scared to allow any one to enter SINGUR or Nandigram. The fact remains that in Singur CPI(M) people in mask and in police uniform attacked children and women. CPIM Supporters as in all govt office and factories worked overtime informing about their neighbours to the party so that the neighbours can be tortured by by party goons and creating insecurity.People of Singur did not want to part with their fertile land .Buddhadev continue to tell lies about the land amount actually grabbed by force by the government.CPI(M) supporters are not believed. When Lakhsman Seth put notice of land grab in Nandigram the CPIM split and so those who were suspected were scared and left nandigram ,they were not attacked untill the brutal massacare conducted by CPIM. Democratic right is at stake in Bengal. CPIMs role is that of broker of Promoters. They did not hesitate to use rape as a weapon.Never thought what will happen to them next 30 years. Buddha a cold blooded murderer. When Nandigram is burning he is whining in the inauguration ceremony of Kolkata Film festival. Worser than NERO ????

only the bengalis residing in west bengal can change the polity there.
no outside help will do, as these people are so parochial, that the moment, the centre, tries to take action, even the anti-commie will gang up with their oppresors and make a fool of u!
i sometimes think people get the govt they deserve!

these peoples like mamata banerjee, medha patkar, rituporno ghosh, aparna sen can talk in choked voice since they are all bunch of actors. the comments they made re the wb govt, had they made against gujarat govt, they would have all been kicked out to the poor areas of A.P.,TN,Orissa where farmers suicide out of starvation. why cant these great democrats go there and cry more loudly ? this so-called violation of democracy would not have occured if the saintly lady mamata did not indulge in anti-bengali activities.

oh ya! so to u hypocretes a massacre in Bengal is not a massacre unless CPM supporters are killed! or else any other non CPM state is involved!
In Bengal farmers dont commit suicide, they are mercilessly butchered if they dare to raise their voice against CPM, or else they work as landless laborers of landed CPM cadres who usurp all lands in the name of land reforms.
What happened in Keshpur and Garbeta is happening in Nandigram, u stalinists are systematically eliminating the opposition, just as u guys have done in Russia and China.
But do remember lessons from history, evilry doesnt pay. fascists paid with their lives, so also will Stalinists in India
