What Mr.Selvakumar says may be true but we should be proud of what we have.
Such lags are everywhere, even the NASA was careless to note a possible crack in its DISCOVERY. That time it had to face lot of criticism.
Individual who criticize should do it in a way that it can correct the faults/drawbacks. Even they themselves should come to frontline to lead and show the right success.
Hi, It does not matter how is ISRO run or being run by idiots. It is always there and in every country. Even in USA if you don't know. The bottom line is they did it. That is what matters.

IF YOU R SO CONCERNED WHY DON'T YOU TAKE "CHARGE". LEAD FROM THE FRONT IN UR LIFE AND DO WHAT YOU R TALKING. IF YOU CONTRIBUTE SOMETHING TO THE NATION PLZ DO SO OR DON'T TALK RUBBISH. If you want a better results, please question them on why it took so long and what difficult they have to face, what their next agenda and how much is the budget and how are they going to make it happen.
ISRO are not run by scientist but by idiotic indian managers(who doesnt have a clue from head to tail).

Kumar, Are u mentally sick? On such a wonderful occasion of pride, why these curses? It has definitely performed better than world standards, is yr standards higher? Can you tell me how many countries, with trillions of dollars of budget, have done this? How can u say 10 billion of investment (if u r rit on figures) is gone down the drain. I am sure it will give return of many 10 Billion dollar. To me, spending a million dollar in training an athlete to win a single %u2018 10 thousand rupia gold medal%u2019, is worth. It is a matter of pride. Why am I telling you, you are not grown up to understand?
