Actually he was a traitor. Not all countries around india is supposed to be under the Indian authority. Sikkim was a free country and it should had been free. He didn't return the pride to Sikkimese. He just handed over to a cruel Indian regime. Selfishness have driven India to be hatred off all their neighboring countries. India's showing the same character as of British in the past. Conquering weaker ones. I wont be surprised if someday Sikkim revolt for independence. Its just a like a circle.

India was fighting for indpendence for some time from 1850s. It included lot of leaders from all across india. There were violent struggles like that of Netaji. English thought it will be easy to deal with gandhi's non-violent passive movements. Do u really think that won india independence bcoz of satyagraha and ahimsa. I say No.
London was bombed to ruins by Blitz from Germany. After WW2, england in such a weak position gave independence to all the colonies throughout the world including India.
Whites were in India to make money by whatever means. They damn care about non-violence, satyagraha et al.

Gandhi is a hero for me for the life he led. He was honest, non-violent and lived by principles. He was not power-hungry nor cared about position.
He is one of my idols and I wud certainly luv to lead a life like him in utopian world.
Patriot like Kesava Balaram hedgewar, Maulanam Abdul Kalam Azad, Bagath Singh, Netaji Subachandra Bose & great number of people like those explained in this forum are inspiration for us.

what proof do you have... bcoz of RSS hindus have rights in india else Hindus would be in minority in Hindustan... If you are hindu then have some courteousy towards people who fight for the rights of Hindu... and if you are non hindu then have courteousy towads hindu that you have so many rights in Hindu nation

People do work for the nation w/o any selfishness, they did lot of sacrifice to make the nation strong & living with freedom. Mahathma Gandhi, now another. Let us celebrate in grand manner. The people who do sacrifice for the nation like our Military soliders doesn't expect anything in return, but it is our duty to celebrate.

Gandhi and Nehru are great. But so are others. Have u heard of revolt in 1945 by sailors across country to overthrow British rule. Congress has gone against them including Nehru and Gandhi. but have u ever read this. No because all NCERT books are written in their favour. Even I learned about that revolt after 30 years.
Those revolutionaries were jailed in 1945 after sacking from Amry/Navy. Nehru refused to take them back when India got Independence.
Indian is NOT independent. Angrez has left but still their servants (Nehru/family) are ruling us... We need complete independence where a farmer and a worker right would always be on the top..
