Modi's resignation
by Anil Sood on Jun 18, 2004 06:03 PM

Narendra Modi must tender his resignation and respect the undisputed, most respected former Prime Minister Sri Atal Behari Vajpayee. He must go in for introspection and find out for himself as to what wrong has he done to his party. Moreover he should refrain from indulging in character assasination of opponents. He must stop using words which have bad taste. He must understand that his filthy language alongwith that of Pramod Mahajan, Sushma Swaraj, Uma Bharti and Govindacharya against Sonia Gandhi has led to his party's defeat. He should realise that using filthy language and that too against a lady does not find place in OUR HINDU CULTURE.

I can go on further to say that, GOD HAS PUNISHED BJP/NDA SINCE THEY HAVE SEVERELY ATTACKED A WIDOW LADY FOR NO FAULT OF HERS.

I SINCERELY HOPE THAT GOOD SENSES SHALL PREVAIL UPON THEM AND THEY RISE TO THE OCCASION.

MODI's removal
by THOMAS T ABRAHAM on Jun 18, 2004 05:54 PM

MODI,AN INTELLIGENT AND SMART POLITICIAN PREFERRED TO STAY ON TOP WITH THE SUPPORT OF RELIGIOUS FANATICS.THE BEST SUITED PARTY FOR HIM IS SHIVA SENA,NOT BJP.
BUT MODI"sPERFORMANCE IS GOOD EXCEPT IN DEFENDING AND SUPPORTING RIOTIERS AND RAPERS IN THE NAME OF THE GREAT HINDU RELIGION.WHAT MR.MODI HAS TO DO IS TO STUDY THE ESSENCE OF HINDUISM BY GOING THROUGH UPANISHADS

Modi and Gujarat Riots
by subbu on Jun 18, 2004 05:51 PM

There is so much one-sided debate on the Modi Issue. When thousands of Sikhs were beheaded in Delhi in 1984, nobody wanted the scalp of Rajiv Gandhi, even though he turned the eyes the other side and described the event in a light hearted manner as a natural reaction! Nobody described him as a Nero playing his violin when Delhi was burning!! Not that one condones the Gujarat riots: a probe and a commission is still on it. Why not have decency for availability of the Report of the investigation?

Modi factor
by helen on Jun 18, 2004 05:40 PM

When in power, there was deafening silence to the cries of the victims of Gujarat carnage and the humanitarian organisations as there was 100% faith in Modi factor. Being voted out of power Vajpayee has begun to analyse the Modi factor better. It is a victory to the secular fabric of our society. All have the right to love because of one's identity as a human being.

There is no hurry to remove Modi.
by chanakya on Jun 18, 2004 05:04 PM

But there is a great hurry for some people to occupy the chair of Gujarat CM and share the power conveniently for each other.

Similar feuds and leg-pulling was rampant in Gujarat when Gizni looted Somnath with a small army.

Gizni had his intelligence reports and was confident that there would be no resistance.

But these political idiots would never realize what they are doing not only to the State of Gujarat but to the entire Bharat Varsh.

Except for satta (power) and khurshi they are blind and oblivious to everything else.

Keshubapo is grinding his axe very well.

And Suresh is just too eager to climb on the CM's chair.

Modi is hungry for neither satta nor khurshi. He is a practical Raajkaarani.

It will be far from prudent for the BJP bigwigs to accept Narendra's resignation just to please an old man who seems to be out of his political wits.

He is virtually blackmailing the entire party by threatening to boycott Mumbai meet.

Ye to bachkaanaa harkat hai.

But they say : Old Age is Second Childhood.

Modi ou?
by Pankaj Madia on Jun 18, 2004 04:49 PM

VHP and RSS has a wrong impression in their mind that even after Gujarat riots, they won elections in Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. To this extent they are right as these states are predominantly Hindu states but National Impact is and was negative and hence they lost Loksabha Election.
