I never questioned the death penalty.. I only questioned the intentions of the Human Rights groups. People who accuse (rather pity) others of playing communcal card should look a themselves. What Dara did should not be pardoned but the same punishment must be mooted out the other terrorists too. It will definitely be a communal bias if one raises the issue of Human rights for Terrorists and oppose the same for Dara Sigh. I hope atleast now the so called champions of secularism who preach and "pity" others should get their brains and hearts "operative" before calling hte kettles black.
i hope this is the first case fo its kind where judjement has been given so fast with in a period of 1and 1/2 years. its really good for our judicial system assuming that the deciosion is correct. regarding death sentence i should say it is correct as theis decision also send a message to our opportunisitc society that no further cirmes would be tolerated. regarding the families of dara singh and others i should say , where are those persons who formed a party to save dara singh ? they should take care of their parents. and i am cent percent sure that they will defenitely be disappeared now , finding and searching for new innocents to brain wash for another henious crimes like that. thanks arvind
Gladys staines not only preached Christ, but she also demonstrated the love of Christ by forgiving the people who killed her husband. As human beings, we are supposed to forgive others. The judgement belongs to God.
IPC is not dead!!! Congrats to CBI Counselor Sudhakor and the team for not making the Staine's Case a Public comedy. But, still no death penalty please, punish him with the rest...no killings in the name of a good human heart, please!..Surely the people who know abt the missionary Staines wont't be much delighted by a death penalty to Dara.
