The tough stand taken by court will prevent such incidents in future. But some action should be taken to render speedy Justice( the verdict came after 8 years) and also the administration and police should be strict and courageous enough to book the culprits(in most cases the culprits are top people who wield their influence to get away). There are many incidents which are not being reported due to fear of life.May India and Indians awake and let this be a land of safety and moral values.

It is good hear that Sushil Sharma has been convicted and served with the death which in turn referred to the High Court for confirmation on Dec., 19, 2003. The appellate court should act swiftly ensuring that justice is not delayed any further.

We cannot aceept this case under RAREST OF THE REST as stated by the judge. Any human being cannot tollerate his wife involved in illegal relationship with another person. Mr Sharma's action in killing her is be cause of her bad character that no man will tollerate. He is right in doing so.

Right Sentence

Although this is not the rarest of rare case, but the judgment is absolutely right to make such cases rarest of rare in the so called civilized society, we live.
