Beauty of Hinduism...
by Anky on Mar 21, 2003 05:33 PM

The essence of Hinduism is that it believes in mutual existence and tolerence. Indian civilisation is probably the oldest, but never ever has there been any Hindu religious aggression. There is no country which has been victim of forcible expansion of Hinduism. Even at the peak of power, when Hindustan was known as Sone Ki Chidiya (Golden Bird), there were no hegemonistic crusades.

In the midst of Gulf crisis, Islamic oppression and forcible conversions, may be Hinduism shows a way of life. A way that may be tough to walk upon, but is a one that will definitely lead to peace and welfare.

Regards,

Excellent Article !!
People like Pamkaj Mishra, Angana Chatterji, Kuldip Nayyar, Praful Bidwai should thank heavens that they could shamelessly use every possible abuse, criticizing their own people purely because they live in a Hindu dominated country. I wish, they were born in countries like Saudi Arabi or Afganistan and had shown the same guts in criticizing the Jehadi fanaticism. It is this liberty and freedom that these puppet scholars misuse to spit venom at Hindus and get away with whatever imaginary twists they give to the truth.

A small request to F. Gautier !
by K.Parameswaran on Mar 17, 2003 06:15 PM

Sir,

Your article is amazing. But I have a small request.
Will you write articles like this very often with hitting points to break the soulless hearts and decayed heads of pseudo - secularism? Your article like this will certainly help one to rejuvenate their feeling to love their homeland. Great.

First thing I will ask to rediff service that they have guts to publish reality? Because every time when I give historicaly correct reply you never publish.
Now in refference to Mr Gautier And others I ask whether they can respond the reality about Hindu tolerance from history. All absurd and violent which has been passed in India history before comming of Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammad SAS.Is there never been barbarism and vandalism? What about budhist upsurge who have demolished many temples? And what about brahmanic upsurge who demolishes many of baudh vihar? ............

It is unwise to use incidents from an era thousand years ago to justify the hindu behaviour of aggression. For the current please read the Srikrishna commission report on Bombay riots and a book called "Gujarat' report on riots in Gujarat to get an unbiased and true account of behaviour of the rioters. True the hindus are peaceloving but they are being manipulated by the saffron brigade and truly not for religion but for political and administrative powers. By stifling a community which is a inseparable part of india they are only weakening and destroying India.
