just a movie .watch it .if u like it watch it again .what is the protest about ?history distorted ?.how can ppl tell history is distorted without watching the film.
all these yrs ppl were not bothered abt history ,suddenly they remember history ?.ppl say history of 13 th century was written 200 yrs later so how can ppl know what happened in 1300 ad.
ppl with 19th century minds with old thoughts r making irresponsible statements.have these silly ppl even gone to school ?.SLB is a nice director and makes nice films.ppl who want to watch films will watch them.ppl who want to protest, sit on street and keep protesting.
these ppl who r shouting now ,where were they hiding during the british rule.? they all surrendered to british rule and the british took all their wealth.

Then let us show the real history of mohammed. Why were there protests and ban on the tv serial on bible? why was Salman Rushdie's satanic verses banned in india?

The rule can't be applied exclusively to only one community. When Bollywood did not react to congress targeting Bhandarkar for showing Indira Gandhi's emergency rule, why are they reacting now?

first there can be no trust on history ,if something that happened in 13 th century got written 200 yrs later.
this the entire history prior to 1300ad becomes doubtful.ppl of all ages r so mad after money that they
turn blind to everything.ppl dont have the mind to solve present day issues like pollution ,development
and suddenly they remember history ?.

It had to stop somewhere
by Dinesh RSingh on Nov 21, 2017 06:49 PM  | Hide replies

It has always been a ploy by Bhansali to use controversy to promote his movies.

He did the same with Bajirao Mastani. But this time he took it too far.

If he has put his sweat into this movie ... the Rajputs or the warriors have sacrificed their blood!

All the warriors or kshatriyas, irrespective of religion, should unite and oppose this regular blasphemies by people like Bhansali who care about nothing, but money.

What are those sacrifices the Rajputs made (other than to seize the lands and properties of common people in the aftermath of the break up of the Gupta empire and again after the death of Harsha Wardhana and then later to retain hold over such seized wealth in the face of attacks by muxlim invaders) ?

Just what was the difference between them and the muxlim invaders, as far as common people of those times were concerned ?

Both Rajputs and the Muxlim invaders were tyrants, right ?

Both Rajputs (who invaded in the aftermath of the break up of the Gupta empire) and the Muxlims (who came in when the Rajputs were fighting among themselves to grab the wealth seized by them from commoners) were invaders, right ?
