Gadar after inflation adjustment both rupee or ticket price.
by GURU CHAITHANYA on May 26, 2017 10:06 AM

In 2001 the dollar price was 30.9 Rupees.

Gadar's total collection was 1,33,12,50,000 Rs. Say 133 crores.

After inflation adjustment in 2017 (172.69% inflated) it will be 230 crores.

So no where near the 1500 crores of Bahubali.

Ok lets see when we compare to average ticket price. In 2001 it was indeed 25 Rs average ticket price.
In 2017 says 100 Rs.

So the 133 crore of Gadar will be 4 times i.e. 532.

Still it is 1000 crore less than what Bahubali 2 is earning.

Even doubling the average ticket price to 200 Rs still Gadar will be 1064 crore.

He is either drunk or comes from the league of filmmakers who inflate the collection numbers.

by naveen kumar sharma on May 25, 2017 12:03 PM

Anil sharma is big lier. His movie did 76 cr business not 250 cr plus . Secondly he lied abt rate of 1 dollar being rs 8 which is untrue the dollar rate was rs 49 against 1 rs. There was no piracy or mobiles which hv facilities like now or else his movie would hv flopped. He is so jealous as he cannot digest the success of bahubali
