The responsibility of allowing or disallowing a scene is of the censor board not the producer or director

the article says Pahlaj Nihalani is entertaining us by reminding us of all the things he could have censored, but didn't, much for our relief.
How about Khajuraho? Will that be acceptable as a shooting background to Mr Nihalani?
I suspect someone must be mopping up all the cut scenes and is making a compilation which can stream on youtube, facebook, or even rediff's iShare..right ? :)
