In last few decades, censor board has been so lenient, that sometimes Its existence is not felt by the people. The pictures shown in your article are just few shots which deserved the scissor from the sensor board, but they have survived.

No matter how lenient the censor board in 86, it didn't actually insert those bathing scenes into innocent Mr. Nihalani's wholesome movies. The responsibility for those scenes is with the makers of the movie concerned.
And now we are to be shown how a censor board should REALLY work, 20 years after it had failed ?

It is not the job of producer to decide what is appropriate and what is not. it is the job of the censor board. Why have the board at all if the industry is self regulatory
